Alterations done on a formal dress. Needed it taken in a bit and hemmed. Parts were fine while…read moreother parts were terrible. The dress was taken in at the waist at least 2 inches more than how it was pinned. I could barely get it zipped and it was unwearable. I had to take it to another alterations shop to have it fixed (the new place was able to undo what Classic Alterations had done). The dress has lace and the bottom of the lace where it was hemmed is terrible. Uneven and in places it looks like someone just ripped it. To top it all off, this shop was very expensive. And then I had to pay even more to have the incorrect work done here, fixed. I ended up paying more for the 2 sets of alterations than I paid for the dress. Would not recommend this shop at all.

The ski bibs were completely redesigned with the addition of the front zipper and to look at them you would never think they were made without it. The pants we also made to be perfect. At 5"4 my jeans are always long so it's nice to have a place to get them altered . He told me to bring it in and he'd take a look. Got there about an hour later, walked in, and he had it done and ready in ten minutes. Fixed it on the spot for $5 (I gave him more for his time and the fast service. Well deserved!) Super nice gentleman and I also loved that he had these mini bibles sitting with his business cards inside his establishment. Will definitely be using him again in the future. Bought a black suit and came back to rerun the blazer and pants (with recipes) and was told "up to store manager" of which they denied. Regret buying either now. Defiantly won't be shopping here going forward.
