He told me to bring it in and he'd take a look. Got there about an hour later, walked in, and he had it done and ready in ten minutes. Fixed it on the spot for $5 (I gave him more for his time and the fast service. Well deserved!) Super nice gentleman and I also loved that he had these mini bibles sitting with his business cards inside his establishment. Will definitely be using him again in the future. I told the manager that this is unacceptable I really needed this dress for another occasion. The manager was literally oh well, there is nothing I can do about it, we have looked everywhere, we even checked the security cameras. I then asked, so you think you have a thief among yourselves. She did not have one once of symphathy for me. I was not excpeting any, but she was a total straight face, we do not care attitude. This was my dress, I have one child and now the gown I wore to his wedding is gone!! I did receive $$$ for it, which I have to print out myself!! I will never go there again and certainly will not recommend to anyone.

At first, I struggled to find a seamstress who knew how to alter it. I didn't want to take it to a dry cleaner tailor, and one seamstress I first found online only did a small alteration that made the dress look awkward on me-- so after a month of frustration, I needed help! I found Sara through Yelp reviews, visited her Bonita Springs, FL studio, and she did an amazing job on my wedding gown. Sara took my ill-fitting dress (especially in the bust area) and transformed it to look like it was made for me-- the dress looks very couture -- I was shocked at how good it looks. As soon as I brought it to her, I knew I was in good hands. She approached the alterations with the confidence that only an expert has, she gave me honest and upfront pricing, and she took care of me and my dress with a lot of love. Sara also designs gowns in case you're looking to have one custom made from scratch. Sara designs jewelry; she had the perfect pair of pearl earrings to match the gown. If you want your gown to be in good hands, work with Sara, you won't regret it! On top of that, Sara showed genuine interest in me and my wedding, and had a lot of helpful tips for making sure my day will go off well! I came there at the agreed upon date and there was a sign on the door that the shop is closed for the rest of the week. You would think for these prices they would give the customers a heads up. Claudia by far is the most talented designer and seamstress in the area. She's altered 4 dresses…read morefor me. Each alteration was done to perfection. She altered the dress in the photos for my wedding in June of 2024. I had this dress custom made by a designer in Europe and while the quality was spectacular the fit was totally off. Claudia was so innovative in her alterations and made this dress fit me like a glove. She also altered my reception dress (pink dress pictured). The bodice was too wide and she not only made it fit perfectly but was able to install another strip of boning in the center front to keep the aesthetic of the dress. Her talent is exceptional!
