FIVE months she strung me along. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. Trust is important in business, and she lied to me for over 5 months.

She mentioned taking inches off the bottom, but the dress looked the exact same length, and it was still extremely tight barely any looser at all. Even my boyfriend and best friend both questioned whether much had actually been altered because there honestly wasn't much difference. The only thing that was different was the top neck clip that was looser which was good but the part i had issues with the waist and length seemed to be unchanged I will say she was kind and got it done quickly, which is why I'm giving 2 stars. She's probably very talented at what she does, but I think communication and making sure expectations are fully understood is really important here. Also, they don't take cards, which made payment difficult at the time. Looking back, I probably should've just expedited ordering a new dress instead.

I only asked for a simple refund of the $38 over payment. Instead, the owner became irate, raised her voice, shoved my receipts back at me refusing to look at them and then told me to leave the store. Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but I was genuinely shocked by her lack of professionalism and simple courtesy when I tried to resolve the issue politely. I'm not upset about the $38, or even the poor quality job she performed-- that can happen too. It's the way I was treated that made the experience so unpleasant. I wonder if this store, which appears to have a loyal local clientele is even a properly licensed business. I hope this shop learns to handle customer concerns with a bit more patience and respect in the future.

The comforter came back faded and wrinkled, and two of the shams had stitching pulled out. These items were in excellent condition when dropped off. I emailed Tide Cleaners twice with photos and details and received no response. I escalated the issue to Procter & Gamble corporate and even sent a final follow‑up to their executive consumer relations team. I still received no reply from anyone. I'm now filing a BBB complaint due to the lack of communication and the cost of replacing and repairing the damaged items. Very disappointed in the service and the complete lack of response from both Tide Cleaners and P&G.

The dress was taken in at the waist at least 2 inches more than how it was pinned. I could barely get it zipped and it was unwearable. I had to take it to another alterations shop to have it fixed (the new place was able to undo what Classic Alterations had done). The dress has lace and the bottom of the lace where it was hemmed is terrible. Uneven and in places it looks like someone just ripped it. To top it all off, this shop was very expensive. And then I had to pay even more to have the incorrect work done here, fixed. I ended up paying more for the 2 sets of alterations than I paid for the dress. Would not recommend this shop at all.

When I picked up the shorts he never asked me to try them on and ran out of the store as soon as I paid for them. His hours are unpredictable and he is hard to get but he blamed me for not contacting him within 30 days. We are snow birds so that added to the problem.
