This year my LG dryer would not start. I called expecting to get answering service but the owner picked up the phone. And although he explained that he did not service LG's he was willing to help. He asked me what the message said, and when I explained he told me I must have hit the "safety lock" and just press and hold button and it should shut off the safety mode. IT WORKED!
