I asked in his experience how many times did an inspection not needed to be done. He was speechless and could not answer. He knows procedures but failed to follow them. Now he wants over 11K for a transmission. Do not bring your vehicle here! They overcharge and will try to get over on you. DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. They do not live up to their values or ethics!

He was only going to charge the diagnostic fee (an already low $75.00) for fixing all, but I gave him a substantial tip, for which he was very grateful. I will say he was 45 min. late, but he texted twice to keep us posted. I did find that I had a hard time following some of his explanations, but that's mostly because I don't speak car!
