This other company has been atrocious when the chair needed repairs. This time they told me in mid-November 2024 that they couldn't even evaluate his power wheelchair until February 2025 and then said it would be 3-4 months "to get parts". This is unacceptable when someone is 100% dependent on his power wheelchair to live in his home. So I went to Home Medical Equipment by the Kerring Group and they referred me here. It is apparently part of their company. That was last Friday. On Monday my brother's power chair was evaluated by an engineer (I didn't know this was even an option!), he was given a loaner chair and his chair is being repaired now. In addition, the engineer was able to address issues by brother has had that has caused him pain and tell him that he's on the wrong cushion and has an incorrect armrest. The cushion he had my brother try was immediately more comfortable. Holy smokes, they were wonderful! I'm so grateful to Alex ( the engineer) and Josh!

BE CAREFUL My mom…read morewho had a stroke at work in early November came to Brodie ranch after a week stay at the hospital for short term rehabilitation therapy. The reason I give this place 3 stars at least is for the therapy teams. It would not be fair to give this place a bad rap for the work that the CNAS And all the therapy people do.They are truly great individuals who want to ensure you're making progress and they did everything they could for my mom during her time there. She honestly loved them as if they were family. The night nurses we have had the most trouble with here, if you plan to send your loved one to Brodie ranch you must be VERY explicit about what you want in terms of care. There were many times where my mothers pain medication was simply not given on time and this caused her to have terrible pain episodes, we were often met with a lot of excuses and and fumbles when it came to getting her the right dose at the right time. While I understand my mother was one out of 18 other people in that hall and often the youngest one, her care was just as important. I was really upset that out of the 3 weeks she was there we had 3 separate instances with some night nurses who did not simply read her cart or wanted to be defiant and not administer her meds at the right time and in the right way. One time I was even called in the middle of the night by my mother who was about to be forced medication after a nurse screwed up the dosage for the night and wanted to give her pain meds 2 hours early. Honestly it's a shame to have to see your own loved one being treated with such disrespect. Bottom line: this place is how you view it, morning staff is stellar and quite amazing, they are some of the best of the best. But Brodie ranch needs to get their night people's act together. They need to read charts and they need to look after their patients rather then just medicating them to make it through the night so that they don't have to deal with them. I want this place to be a five star care facility so badly but sadly my moms care here was made harder by those who cared for her at night.

What a complete circus act it's been. So they keep claiming to have sent me supplies via UPS. Here's the thing: I have a delivery notification account set up with UPS. Why does that matter? Well UPS sends me alerts when a package is en route, delivery updates, alert the day before, and day of delivery. So, I ALWAYS know when a package is coming my way with UPS. I didn't receive a notice of any delivery from this clown office. They repeatedly keep referencing a tracking number. They now tell me to file a claim with UPS. Well clowns, you know damn well the package recipient doesn't even do that. IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE ANY CLAIM ON THE PACKAGE YOU SEND. It's 100% the shipper you dolts. I can't even file a claim on my end and YOU KNOW THAT. It needs to be filed from the shipper's account. In addition, "Tammy" refused to respond to my inquiries and NOT ONE PERSON VERIFIED MY ACTUAL ADDRESS THEY USED even though I made several calls to the CPAP dept and billing in another country and asked them to verify it. Until Tammy was dipping out for her three day weekend at the end of the day, she passive aggressively confirms "my address" and spolier alert, it's wrong. Just as I suspected. Also, they told me several times to contact UPS myself. Joke's on me again. They freaking know you can't even talk to a person over there. I knew that, but I still called anyway to check that stupid box and jump through another hoop. Then the cherry on top, they send me a text on a SATURDAY MORNING, telling me I have an invoice due for the supplies I never received. I never even opted into texts, so this is totally illegal. I have wasted hours of my life trying to fix this. They can go to hell if they think they can scam my insurance policy and BILL ME MORE MONEY ON TOP OF THAT, for supplies they SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. As if all of that isn't enough, they bill under a company Aero something or other and are "Healthline" which I assume is NOT CONTRACTED with my insurance company. Who knows. But, they are a 100% scam, I am sure of that. Next week I am filing an official complaint with my insurance company against these con artists for all of the described ridiculous events. What do you think TAMMY? P.S. I also have legal services through my employer and I'll be talking to them too next week about your little stunt. See my screenshots of some of the evidence of this shit sandwich I've been served. I'm actually really glad that tool, Tammy decided to only text me. Thanks for the evidence, sister! At least you helped me with that.

There are three people who work in the store that I would like to acknowledge. The first one is a tall lady who is from Canada. (I don't typically use names in my yelp reviews out of common courtesy, but there is no mistake about the people I will acknowledge!) You will know the Canadian lady because she speaks Canadian. She uses words like "eh" and "abut" (about) and she knows the ins and outs of CVS. She has to be the friendliest person I've ever met at any drugstore. Then there is a young lady with long hair, who has also been at CVS for many years. She has to be the most engaging customer oriented person in the store. She too has a great knowledge of what makes CVS work for customers. On top of that, she knows everything about the store. For instance, I went into the store, looking for small plastic, self sticking hanger thingies. She took me directly to the small plastic self sticking hanger thingy aisle. I was so impressed that I bought one extra box of the small plastic self sticking hanger thingies. The third individual is a tall fella with a deep voice. My wife and my daughter think he's the best. He's very polite, respectful, and when he speaks, I notice people fall into a trance as he is like an experienced jazz radio disc Jockey. Very good with customers too. As for the pharmacy, there was a time when I would rather get dragged through a cactus field while chained to a pick up truck bumper then go into the Pharmacy. I'm glad to say that it has improved. The younger folks are engaging, polite, and deal with stressed out customers better than the previous crew. Although I have never had a negative interaction with the pharmacist who works at night, I have seen him chastize one of the technicians in front of customers before. I did not think that was cool at all. Indeed, on some days, he presents himself in a way that makes you think he has been working consecutive 24 hour days without sleep. I felt so bad for the young man that was getting verbally berated when he has been perfectly efficient with me. I've never seen him have a bad interaction with any customer at all. I think the pharmacist is not naturally inclined as a people person. Having said that, I sense that he is trying to improve. As I said, my interactions with him have been fine. The manager (as of like two weeks ago) is not very engaging or helpful. I get the impression she is wanting to do something more suitable for her, like toxicology inspector. I understand she's leaving soon. In short, there is just no way to underestimate her kind attitude. My favorite thing about CVS, are the long paper receipts that I get. I have been collecting these receipts for a decade, and I think I probably have about 2 tons of them. Even more, I can go to my email and print out additional receipts For more CVS product. One day, I went in and got a 3 foot long receipt for a single purchase of some hostess Ding Dongs. I was so excited I went back into the store and got a buy one get one free industrial sized bag of CVS cough drops; I got a two dollars off cotton balls. I was able to use my $10 in CVS bucks money and got 30% off my entire purchase. And even though I have no use for this, I got $10 off any purchase of Revlon hair products. So I used it too. Perhaps my wife will like it. After I went back into the store I think I spent about $2.64. Amazingly, I got an even longer receipt. On the longer receipt, I was able to purchase allergy medicine at 50% off the purchase of two; I I got yet another coupon for Revlon make up, so I purchased the highest quality purple eyeliner that you can get at a drugstore made by Revlon for my wife, of course! Then, I got got two dollars off a dog bone , (for my dog) two dollars off of CVS, branded Band-Aids and another 10% off my entire purchase. So, I went back into the store and made use of it. As I waited for my third receipt to print out, it was as if I won the lottery. Another 3 foot long receipt, a coupon for candy or snack, cakes; a $10 off entire purchase of $50 or more or something like that, a coupon for CVS branded toothbrushes and yet another darn coupon for Revlon makeup. I wonder if CVS is trying to tell me something. Finally, after nearly an hour of browsing the store to make these coupons work for me, I went back out to the car where my wife has been waiting for me the whole time. It's funny how long it took to to get the one item I initially came in for, hostess ding dong I watch a lot of nature documentaries on TV, so when I hear of an entire jungle or forest being cleared out, I just naturally assume a CVS is opening somewhere in the area. CVS should market the experience of receiving half of the Amazon rainforest in receipts as a way to capture new customers even if we have to turn the planet into a large parking lot. Sincerely, Robert Bluestein.

They provided a modern, clean living space, transportation to his work, cooking classes, supervised grocery shopping, and adults available at all times. In 2022 my brother moved to The Ranch as he could no longer physically navigate The Village campus. The Ranch staff loved on him, making the transition much easier. At this point, he fully transitioned to campus life, rather than a working world schedule. They provided an array of classes, with each resident having 3 classes per day. Staff filled in with special activities during class semester breaks. Finally, my brother had further medical issues and moved to The Villa, where there was more access to medical support and services. Once again, the staff had smart suggestions to help this transition and were always willing to work through any rough spots which might occur. Supports at the Villa included an on-site physical therapy team, around the clock nursing care, a PA on site full time, a dedicated doctor, a social worker, as well as daily planned activities. Marbridge was a life long blessing for both my brother and my family. Our experience has been that they provided a quality living environment with appropriate levels of care for all stages of life.

As an RT, if you try to help a resident you are told by the director there is no need to. The hardest part of the job is not being able to befriend, help residents. The cottages are not upkeep. The food served is terrible. The residents need assistance in basic care to look clean, shaved, groomed. They need guidance. I left because of the management lack of support in wanting to assist the residents. Feels more like an institution than a community. They seem to keep parents away and tell residents not to tell them anything. I cried too many times to stay working at The Village. You need to either not care to work there or the staff will hate you.
