We spoke about a Wrangler which we went to see and unfortunatley it did not work out this time but thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Randy. Needless to say we appreciate our team which consisted of Jeri Winston, Darrell Smith, Booker T. Johnson & Claude Bradley for all of their help during the whole process. We called ahead to see if our Murano was still available & sent them our info on the way. They had everything in order & made it one of the most pleasurable buying experiences we've ever had. We enjoyed meeting these folks & would highly recommend you check with Darrell Smith in Sales when you get ready to buy your next vehicle. Thank you all, Wayne & Rita

They have terrible communication (none really). My experience spans over MONTHS. They have had my car off and on forever now. I have had it for a total of 4 days in that time period (first drop off end of summer. 2nd time October 28, it is now Dec1). Since the first trip this has been my experience. And I have only had the car two and a half years. 1st time - kept it 14 days, said they could not get it to act up, had me pick it up. 2nd time said they could not find an issue and wanted me to pick it up, after 21 days and me TRYING to contact anyone, I FINALLY got to speak with the GM. I let him know they eventually were to replace my transmission under warranty. They gave me a completion date, no phone call. My husband had to drive there and look someone in the eye to get an answer. All the parts did not come in and we were NEVER told. We expected to pick our car up on Wednesday, this was Thursday. They asked my husband to bring in his key fob. He had to ask why, they guy said to reprogram it. My husband again asked why, that is when they told him they lost my key fob! We were finally contacted on the following Thursday it was ready. THIS IS AFTER 22 DAYS. Drove it 4 days and it did the exact thing I had originally brought it in for. Brought it back the following Monday. The GM drove it himself a total of 100 miles. It acted out for him and a mechanic who was with him. They determined it was a sensor issue that needed to be "adjusted'. I got the car back on the following Saturday for it to act up by that afternoon!!! We just dropped it off this morning at 6:30 for the FOURTH time. This is getting old; I need my car. We have owned 5 Nissans and never had this kind of issue. I am now really not even wanting it anymore because I am concerned it will NEVER be repaired correctly. We paid it off early. I am sooooooo upset. I am so done! I cannot afford another car. This was supposed to be my retirement car.

My husband and I bought 2 vehicles (2012 Chevy 2500 and 2019 GMC Acadia) at the same time in January 2026. We live in Missouri and purchased online. * We informed Logan (salesman) that we were paying for the truck in cash and would only be financing the Acadia until we received settlement money. They emailed us paperwork and we signed thinking we were done. * Tried to rush us into taking delivery of our vehicles before we could make the trip to get them. Promised us they would be ready, clean and inspected in time. * Service engine lights were on in both vehicles when they were delivered to us. It showed a fuel system issue and low voltage issue. Also the tailgate would not open all the way and there were 3 large chips in the windshield. The Acadia was showing a tire pressure issue and the heated and cooled seats did not work. * Called the dealership on the way home and had to leave a message. Called again 2 hours later and another message. When we finally got ahold of Logan, we were told that it was probably just an O2 sensor. He would talk to his sales manager and get back with us. * Three days later and numerous attempts to reach Logan, Bolivar decided to send drivers to Missouri and bring the vehicles back to Tennessee to have them fixed. We were given a loaner vehicle. * We were told that we needed to call the lender for a 'Welcome Call'. When we spoke with the lender we were asked if we were happy with the vehicles. We told him about the problems with the vehicles and what Bolivar said they were going to do about it. The lender informed us that he was going to withhold funding for the deal until the vehicles were done and we were satisfied. * Two days after our 'Welcome Call' we received a call from Logan. He was very happy to let us know that they found us a different lender with a better rate. He wanted us to sign new papers. We were not told that our credit was going to have over 9 hard inquiries. It seemed like they only changed lenders because the original one was holding funding because the vehicles were not as promised. * We had to call pretty much every other day for updates. There was no communication with us and/or within the dealership. We were constantly hung up on or left on hold. We got tired of not being able to speak with Logan and started speaking directly to the sales manager, Hunter. Hunter was only marginally easier to speak with. We were told one time we called that the truck was done, and they just had to finish the car. The next day we were told that the car was done and they just had to finish the truck. * We got tired of no communication and eventually we had to speak to Christian (GM) and Wayne (Service Mgr). Even then we still had to constantly call for updates and were given dates several times only to find out that they still weren't ready. * We asked numerous times where the title was being sent. We never got an answer from anyone at Bolivar. The DMV called us to see why we hadn't been in to title the vehicle. At that point we couldn't title the vehicle because we hadn't gotten them back and they both needed an ID/OD done in the state of Missouri. They also sent the title to a DMV that was over 45 minutes away. After we finally got the vehicles back and got the ID/OD done we went to title the vehicle. We found out that they had put the original lender on the title application. When I called Bolivar, I was told to call back tomorrow because the title clerk was out. * They had our vehicles for over 40 days. When we got them back, they were not fixed. The chips in the windshield were fixed but the tailgate was not. The heated and cooled seats were fixed on the Acadia but it still had the tire pressure issue. Bolivar was immediately called. They said that they thought the problem with the tailgate was the latch wouldn't open and when they checked, the latch worked fine. They didn't even try to open the tailgate all the way. When asked about the tire pressure issue they said that they reset it so it should have been fine. They apparently didn't realize that hitting reset didn't fix the reason why it was going off in the first place. * After much back and forth and repeated calls, we were sent to 4 different local body shops for estimates to get the truck fixed. Bolivar settled on a low budget shop that would do the absolute minimum. The truck was finally 'finished' over 2 months after we got it back. We had to pay to have the tire pressure sensor fixed ourself (Bolivar did send us a new one). All in all, it was the worst experience we have ever had with a dealership. What should have taken a week or two was a very frustrating almost 4 month ordeal. We do not recommend anyone going to them for their vehicle needs. Shout out to Terry (Driver Coordinator), only one that was the least bit helpful throughout it all.
