The Yelp representative (Kelly?) had replied to my inquiry regarding the availability of a plumber and said one was available the same day to come out & provide a free estimate . I agreed & Christian Plumbing called & said a technician would come @ 3:30 PM. Around 2:30 PM I received a phone call from the technician (Nick?) saying that there was a service call charge of $250 to come out to provide an estimate. Talk about "bait & switch", this was the worst scam ever.

He said to me, "dont have this conversation go this way" he then proceeded to say "you sound angry". I replied, i am not angry but I am upset over the fact that I have left a message for approximately 2 weeks and no one has called me back.
