for context: I washed allllllll of my linens towels and couch blankets the same I have done the last year I have been coming to this laundry mat. I was there early in the morning to do my clothes then came back around 5ish to do my linens. I put all of my items in the large $11 washer (as I do every single time as long as one is available). Then I do to dry and spilt it all up (again as I do every time) linens and blankets in one drye, towels in another and my couch blankets (for my dog) in a third dryer. I started the linens and put enough time on high for 1 hour $3 (again as I do and have done every single time I have ever washed and dried my items) then move to fill the other dryers. Then I noticed dryer 110 ( dryer with my linens) was not spinning. So I had to take all my blankets out and put them in about her dryer, 116 which was making a lice but spinning so I thought nothing of it. And ran to do an errand. By the time I got back on of my SILK pillow cases was stuck in something at the top of the door. I got it loose and pulled all of my linens out to start folding them I noticed every single one of my SILK pillow cases was snagged and had holes in them. This was NOT the case before. I immediately called and sent photos to the manager. She did not answer my call and did not return my call until the next day while I was at work and could not take her call until I called her back. All she is trying to make right is giving my $3 and will not reimburse me for my pillow cases that her dryers ruined!!!!!! instead she is trying to tell me what I did wrong when I did the same exact thing I have done every single time I wash anything. She is then trying to tell me I didn't send her proof of the pillow case stuck in the door, i sent her three pictures of my pillow cases. She can look on the security camera for validation on the stucco pillow case but I have a feeling she won't. she also tries to tell me that she checked the dryers and nothing got stuck, well how do I know she didn't just throw one towel in there to check and not the equivalent to what I had drying in there. The money I spent on the silk pillow cases is no where in comparison to what silk pillow cases really cost, I got them for $20 each pack. She still will not provide an offer or negotiate something right for the damages to my silk pillow cases due to her dryer. This isn't even the biggest laundry mat, and washers and dryers are always out of order!!!! read more

My review is based solely on price and amount of machines. The large load costs 11 dollars. The dryer is 4 dollars standard. I chose to visit Wash-Dry in Union city because they had more machines and cheaper pricing. I'd recommend you to do the same if that is an important factor for you. Express coin laundry seems to have clean machines and a responsive staff, so that's a plus. That's kinda all the nice things I have to say. If you've ever worried about being taken advantage of by a laundromat, this is it. As you enter, every sign suggests you should download the app to proceed and that app will be how you pay. I've attached the signage. Once you do set it up, rather than being able to enter a credit card, it send you to the machine on the wall which ONLY TAKES BILLS - no coins or credit cards. Rather than sink a $20 bill into it, I purchased something at the liquor store next door. There does not seem to be any machine to break bills in the laundromat or a way to designate how much you want added to the app. After going through all that and loading money to the app, I discover a lage percentage of the machines are broken and the remaining ones are either taken (mid Monday morning) or cost $9 for a wash. Rather than wait longer, I suck it up and put more money in the app to get the $9 wash. And surprise - after the money is loaded I learn the machine does not activate by app. I'm told I need to buy a card at the machine in order to make the machine run. No surprise - you will need to pay for the card as well. I would recommend going to the laundromat on Decoto (credit card payment at the machine) and not waste your money here. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE! It is DOLLAR COINS ONLY! They do have a change machine if you need it. Dollar coins can be used anywhere if you have any leftover. I have my moments with this laundromat. There has been times with inconsiderate people leaving their laundry in the machines for too long. There aren't enough 3x machines so you're forced to separate loads or spend extra with hella room. I haven't found a time when nearly all available unless it's near closing or it is first thing in the morning. Definitely not coming here on a weekend again, craziness. It's not their fault but the parking here is terrible & people don't know how to park making it impossible. read more

My girlfriend and I witnessed the owner who seemingly drives a blue Tesla model Y, attempt to remove a person from her establishment. Not knowing that the man was a customer who was washing his clothes, the owner abruptly and aggressively demanded that he leave the premise due to the impression that the owner had thought he was loitering in her laundromat. After some time, my girlfriend had seen the person pull his clothes out from the dryer. Not knowing whether the person was a customer or not, the owner of the laundromat had unprofessionally mishandled her impression of somebody trespassing and loitering in her laundromat. Why not go about the situation more calmly and professionally @owner? Why not work on your implicit/unconscious bias? Why not take classes and training regarding implicit biases @owner? read more

I forgot my clothes in the dryer at night and when I came in the morning I couldn't see my clothes. I called the company and they told me to come in the evening. When I came in the evening, I asked the employee working there. He said to me that I saw your clothes in the morning, but I do not know where they are now. I called the company again and they told me they would check the cameras but they said they didn't see anything on the camera. terrible service, terrible service. You should definitely not go here. I will use all my legal rights. I will tell all my friends not to go here. read more

today was my third and now last time here. very disappointed with the worker who came in today at 9am 5/23/2023 there was an elderly homeless man who was washing and drying his clothes. he wasn't bothering anyone at all. he was just sitting on the bench with his cart OUTSIDE and his knick knacks around him. the rude ass worker came in and said "u can't smoke here u need to get out" WHEN HE WASNT EVEN SMOKING. "i smell smoke ik ur smoking" like i'm 6 months pregnant and if he was smoking i definitely would've spoke up about it. she didn't even ask until he mentioned he was drying his clothes if he was even doing laundry. she just thought he was being a bother by being there and accusing him of smoking. i called her out and said she was rude. she came i guess to do her own laundry and after yelling at his went back to her lil blue tesla.... that's hella unprofessional in my opinion. i really liked this laundry mat but now i will never come back because how could u be so rude to someone??? while u drive around in ur nice tesla and get to wash ur laundry for free. ridiculous. she should be FIRED. i'll be telling everyone to not come here and i will go back to the other laundry mat i was going too. at least the workers there don't yell at the elderly homeless just trying to get by. i made sure to give the man some money and told him to go elsewhere next time. read more

Not my cup of tea, woke up early for a wash @ 630am just to find out they only accept DOLLAR COINS. Inconvenient in my opinion. My advice is to bring cash before coming to this location because you cannot exchange your quarters there are no workers on site. read more

Excellent place to do laundry, the power had went out for the whole plaza when I was washing here.. I then called the Owner and she said to come back next time I do laundry and she will reimburse my money or can turn on the washer for me next time I do laundry. I highly recommend this place as it's very clean everytime I come here compared to other laundromats and also the machine gives dollar coins which is pretty cool. There is a sink, soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser here where you can also wash your hands. Best laundromat in The City Of Fremont hands down! read more

I used this laundromat for the first time 11-7-21 and I thought it was very clean. Eight dollars for a large wash and five dollars for a small. I didn't dry so I don't know the cost for that. The only thing I noticed was that my clothes came out smelling like laundry detergent and I used a fragrance free detergent. I definitely recommend this laundry mat because not only is it in a great location in Fremont but the machines are amazing and definitely sanitized inside of the laundry mat as well! I'm parking could get packed easily due to a lot of businesses around but if you go early you'll be out in a jiffy! read more

Went to Lee's as this place only takes dollar coins . Lee's you buy a reusable card $1 and add money it . And a little cheaper and bigger.

Was without a washer and dryer for some time so I gave this place a chance. Super clean inside, sanitized, everything works, great location, and the inside is very neat/aesthetic! Highly recommend. read more
