Let's talk Bright'N Clean Laundromat in Fremont. I'm honestly so happy I found it. As soon as I walked in, I was struck by how clean the place is. You can immediately tell the new owners have been so attentive to every detail. Everything from the floors to the folding tables just looks spotless, and it makes the whole chore feel so much less daunting. My favorite part is all the new washers and dryers they have. I threw in a big load and my clothes came out feeling genuinely clean, and the dryer got everything perfectly dry on the first try, which is a huge win in my book. Plus, I had a quick question about one of the machines, and one of the owners was right there to help. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. They not only showed me how to use the machines, but they also walked me through the specific load requirements for the machines and exactly where to add the detergent to make sure it's most effective. It was such a nice touch and really showed they care about you getting the best results. Honestly, I'm just so glad to have a place that makes doing laundry a little more pleasant. The amazing part of owning your own washer and dryer at home is that you can enjoy the comforts of home while taking care of your clothes BUT when your machines test your patients OR your wallet because mechanical failures happen from time to time...then off to the laundromat we go. Never been a fan of laundromat facilities but after researching and reading the reviews, our dirty drawers brought us here...to Bright'N Clean Laundromat. When arriving, we literally drove right passed the business due to their sign being burned out; so if you find yourself coming here in the evening be on the look out for a big "Wash" flag out in front of the business. Their entrance faces Lucky's supermarket and there is plenty of parking. First thing that I noticed when walking in was how clean the facility was which is not what I was expecting... Everything from the garbages being dumped, floors swept and very clean machines...and lots of funny wall signs...so kudos to the owners for a well kept business! I was a little surprised to see that there were no seats for waiting patrons so you either need to go wait in your car or have a seat on the curb outside. Not a deal breaker but there was also no wash basin sink.... Deal breaker for me was the cost of the washer and dryer machines. Im not knocking what they charge because it is what it is if you are here to wash your clothes but we spent $1.25 more for our wash then we did at their competitor. Needless to say, we went back to our normal place to save money but, it was an experience... to share. read more

This place is a joke all the washing machines are small. The owner is rude and started all the washing machine's at 7:30pm so no one could wash before they close. This is a scam, the guy in there looks pervy and just suggest for you to use their "new" dryers only to find out they don't dry very well so you need a lot of coins and your clothes are still left damp, a lot of machines are also very dusty non working and have leftover stuck soap inside the disposal area. you can see holes or gaps between the machines that have never been cleaned. This place is run down and always empty which suggests why it's empty before you even arrive and notice the machines that don't let out a lot of water even if you use the "heavy load" setting they also suggest. Overall this place is not taken care of no one is around and when they do come in the guy seems very sketchy, I would NOT wash alone Or waste my money in mediocre machines and dryers first and last time. read more

Update on my other review... Dryers don't work. It's ridiculously over priced and your stuff isn't even close to being dry after 25mins of dry time. It's 3mins per 25cents to dry your laundry. I dried 5 towels on high for 25mins and they were still wet, not just damp after those 25mins. My mom had sent the owner a text with a picture of a dryer that took $6 from her and didn't dry her clothes and received no response. Had some man open the dryers with my little girls clothes in them, not just once but 3x. Homeless people running up and down the street screaming when I went in last week. The owner is fake nice. Pays for your first few loads of laundry your first time in but don't let it bring your business in. Go somewhere else. read more
