I like this place- of course there are days where it's jam packed, but there are enough machines that Ive never had to wait for one. It's rare for machines to be broken or malfunction. There's parking in the back so that bringing in your laundry is much less of a hassle since you can directly come through the back door into the laundromat. Many machines accept card payment so you don't have to worry about obtaining quarters; that being said they also have a quarter machine that never seems to break down. Finally there are a variety of sizes for the machines; the largest ones tend to go quickly but even the smaller ones hold a decent amount and do the job. read more

Was initially charmed that the owner got back to me about letting their cleaner know they need to hit the areas I posted in the first picture. However it's still regularly disgusting here. Mold on every washer. I doubt the machines ever go through a cleaning cycle read more

I'm really happy with. Super washing dry. I am a regular I didn't know that the owner of the washers is always watching in his camera. My wife always goes and washes here mostly with 4.5.bags of laundry And she's always in a hurry she forgot one important bag behind which had all my work. Clothes was going crazy 2 days havelf past we called wash and dry and the owner had saved the bags and dried the clothes for us. My wife forgot it in a washer. She used 4 washers and forgot one. Check your charges if you use credit card. Machine says price and they charge you more. Nowhere does it state extra charge for credit card. Nice and clean but this is shady. Even though it's .50 cents that adds up. Not cool! read more

Easy access and clean. Machines were in working order so no problems. I came in to wash and dry thick blankets and fabric drapes for my event decor business. Easy coming in & out. Great location too as its very close to 880 freeway and Dumbarton Bridge. read more

It's not the closest one to my home, but I like this laundromat. Located in Rosemont Square Shopping Center Newark. Very clean and well maintained. Different sizes of washers - credit/debit cards are accepted. No need to carry coins. That's the best part. Used a few times already and it was never crowded. Finding parking in front of the laundromat is tough. But there are a few parking spots at the back too. read more

I tried this laundromat because of the good reviews. I chose the ccard machine which is very convenient for me.They have small, medium and large machines to choose from. My only gripe is that I didn't see any cashier when I got there. It was a good thing that someone helped me how to use the washer. People there were quiet and did what they were there for. I chose the medium machine ($6) to wash my 6 x 10. They're set at 30 minutes speed wash, just add 1/2 cup of detergent. The dryer starts at $0.25/cycle. I pressed on $0.75 for 15 mins. drying time on HOT heat. Since it was my first time, I had to run the dryer 2x more to get the carpet dry. I saw a man come out and swept the floor which is a plus. This place is actually clean. And, I'm sure to go back there to do my laundry if need be. I recommend this place! Parking? No worries! And, CVS is just a few steps away. Across is where Ranch 99 is. Decent size and plenty of parking. They have quarter dispensing machines. There are 2 big washing machines and a few medium sized ones and more smaller ones. They have quite a few dryers as well. Place is clean every time I have been there. You need to insert a quarter or if your lucky a worker is there to give you a coin to use the restroom which is pretty clean and maintained. . read more

So my dryer died again and I'm forced to take our clothes to the laundromat to dry. Since this place was in the same plaza as CVS, I thought I'll just drop off the clothes and walk around CVS. When I walked in, the place was quite busy but there were plenty of empty machines to choose from. You have a choice to pay with quarters or with a credit card. Since I only had 1 load of clothes to dry, I used quarters instead. After I put in my first quarter, I noticed 1 quarter would only dry for 4 minutes. At the other laundromat I previously went to, 1 quarter is 6 minutes. What a rip off! Also, I noticed a lot of used dryer sheets on the ground and there was no one around to clean it up. Overall, this place is bigger and slightly more modern than the one I went to, but I think I'll just stick with the other one since I get more minutes out of my quarter. read more

This place is great. Big selection of dryers and all the machines actually work which isn't always a given at some laundromats. For those that complain about 4 minutes and quarter, there are machines that give 5 & 6 minute a quarter geniuses.... Also, I love the 4 minute a quarter machines because they dry my clothes faster than any laundromat I've ever been to. What would take most laundromats 36 minutes to dry only take 21 minutes here. And like others have pointed out, I can check out CVS next door while I wait, the Dollar Store across the street or Grocery Outlet down the street. This is forever my go to Laundromat. read more

I had wrote a review before in regards to being overcharged on a washer. No were on the machine or anywhere else is there mention of being charged extra for hot water or the type of load. I talked to a rep who said the machine does it. I have no problem with paying more for things. The problem I have is you do not know what those charges are before you give your credit card to the machine. It should be posted so you are not surprised when you get your credit card bill. I needed to wash my comforter and other reviewers mentioned this place had large washing machines. Came around 1:00 PM and it wasn't too crowded. I like how the machines accept card payments, especially since I needed to pay $9.75 for one of the commercial-sized washing machines. So it's a week before Christmas, guests are coming tomorrow, and my washer decides to stop functioning. There is no available repair person until AFTER Christmas, so I decide to take advantage of a break in the wet rainy weather and haul my 8 loads of laundry to this laundromat. Well, I am happy to report that this place appears safe, relatively clean, and everything seems to be in good working order--from the change machine that dispenses quarters (for $1,5,10, 20) to the laundry supplies machine. Other positives: laundry sink (clean and works fine but kind of small); bathroom on site (might require a token/quarter, but the door was propped open, and I could see it was clean and well supplied); plenty of parking and curbside accessibility (this is in the same shopping center as Mi Pueblo); good ventilation (back door remained open); lots of natural light and room to maneuver around (I went during the day); plenty of clean laundry carts; availability of vending machine, games, chairs/benches, folding counters. I also like that this laundromat seems to be patronized regularly by families and has lots of washers of a variety of sizes (regular top loaders to triple and beyond sized front loaders) I used a combo of sizes and got in and out very quickly. Depending on the size of the machine used, loads can cost anywhere from $2+ to $6+ /load but worth the time saved if one uses a quadruple sized machine. Negatives: seems a little expensive, but then I don't really know the going rates for laundromats. Also, I wish people would throw away their used dryer sheets, which litter the floors. Other than that, I highly recommend this place whether you are a regular or one-time patron! read more

When I arrived, there was no sign of an attendant. There were suds all over the floor from a machine overflowing or malfunctioning. There were also rude people calling dibs on machines, insisting that they can use them over and over again themselves, no matter how many people are waiting to do wash behind them. Lots of machines. I just went to use the dryers (huge! btw) and then headed to the gym. Came back and one of the female attendants was considerate enough to split up my load, because apparently I'd filled it too much, to help it dry faster. I offered to pay her for the added machine but she insisted against it. Safe enough that I wouldn't worry about people stealing my items. I like how everything is new. Washing machines are awesome..they have from small machines to super large ones. I come here every Saturday morning..early morning to avoid the crowd. Lots of parking in the front and you can also park in the back. A little more expensive than some of the other laundry places but for the cleanliness, I'm not going anywhere else. read more
