Clean place, floors are clean, washers(the two I used) had no smell and were acceptably clean. Soap dispenser could have been less gunky, but it's soap and it really doesn't bother me. I used the extra large washer $10.50 and a medium washer $8.25. Driers are $.25 per every 5-10mins I think. All machines take quarters or card. There is a debit card reader on the machines which is very convenient. I will be coming here again. read more

Washers range from $5-10, depending on size. They accept coins (quarters only) and card. I tried one washer and it wasn't accepting my visa. I swiped several times and used two different cards and it still didn't work so I had to change washers. They charge 25 cents for every 5 minutes for the dryer. They have a change machine right by the entrance to dispense quarters if needed. They also have boxed soap, detergent, and laundry bags for $1. They have vending machines, a few (like 2-3) arcade games, and tvs. No seating though so it's not really a place to wait. Best bet is to wait in your car. But there's lot of (fast) food options nearby you can also wait at. Their last wash load is apparently 8:45pm (they close at 10) but I saw someone starting a wash around 9:30 so it's not really accurate. There's also no workers. I was trying to find one and no one in sight. But maybe that's because I went near closing and after their laundry drop off service was closed. Maybe they have a worker during the day. It was busy and hard to find the cheaper washers to be available. Also the risk of laundromats is you don't know what the previous person washed before you. So you're taking the risk that someone could've washed car mats, cleaning cloths, etc and then you're loading your intimates and clothes inside. Not sure if they clean the washers daily. Overall, this is the first time I've been to a laundromat in over 15 years because I needed to use a bigger size washer and am please with my experience. read more

My serious concern about this laundromat is they allow industrial janitorial companies to bring in their filthy mop heads and cleaning rags and use the washing machines. They get there early and use the large washers. God only knows what's on those filthy mop heads and rags, possibly grease and chemicals? Does the health department allow this ? read more

I've been going here for years. Mostly to wash our big blankets, comforters and dogs bedding. Most of the time it's clean or the people who work there are on-site cleaning up. I actually like this place so I help keep it clean by throwing discarded items away as well. I can't believe how lazy or dirty people can be. They leave empty detergent or bleach containers on top of the washing machines when a garbage can is steps away. Folks also leave their used fabric (Bounce) sheets in the dryers or let them fall on the floor. I actually put on rubber gloves and throw everything away that's been left behind. I've never had any issues there. They have a clean restroom, snack and drink vending machines, wash supply vending machine, 3 change machines, a few video games, 2 paper towel dispensers, 3 working tv's and plenty of carts for the customers to use. read more

Of all the nearby laundromats, this one is the most affordable. The machines look clean and are spacious. Also, they have vending machines, big and small carts, and soaps. A plus is that a daiso is around the corner so it was a nice way to kill time. Biggest machine is 10, second largest machine was 8. They have several smaller machines Dryer is huge- I was able to fit three sheets and a duvet with plenty of space leftover. It's priced at 25 cents for 4 minutes. Not terrible! Idk if it's 5 stars, but considering the others available in Fremont, I think this one is the best. Hence my 5 stars. read more

I am updating my review from my original post on 07/20/23. The Owner responded directly to me the day that I posted about credit card overcharges. She rectified the issues immediately and provided info and details about my CC utilization. This is my 1st time that I've ever had to update from an initial post. I confirmed online that the total cc charges added up to the correct amount of $12.50. Thank You so much to the Owner and Team to help correct my CC charges promptly and they even contacted me to follow up and make sure that the CC charge total amount was correct which it is now. Thank you for your wonderful laundromat, great machines and wonderful customer service. If I'm ever in that area again, will return. They take credit cards and coins. I had a big load so the machine I used was $6. I have no idea if this is expensive or not. The place looks clean. Parking is okay. The wash time was 45 minutes so I made a trip to Marina grocery to kill time. I did not use the dryer because the one we have at home still works. This place is amazing! Customer Service at its best! It's twice already that I had forgotten an item (or two) from doing laundry the day before and both times I was able to retrieve my items! One of those items was a branded bathrobe and it was newly-bought (unworn) so I was really upset for forgetting it. (I am always preoccupied and absent-minded.) But yeah, being able to retrieve them the next day made me really happy. The phone number for support (posted on the wall) was very accessible, very accomodating, and very quick to response. This place is always clean and once a machine is broken, they fix it for it to be available the next day. I had been going to this place since 2010 and I will continue to be coming to this place, well, until I get my own place with washing machine. Clean, Clear, and Not Broken. The baskets and most of the machines look to be working and NOT BROKEN. There are plenty of washers of each size and plenty of dryers as well! Washer Sizes: (1-2 Baskets) $4 (3-4 Baskets) $5 $6 - 4-5 Baskets (large jackets and medium sized blankets) $7 - I used to clean my king sized blanket, a twin sized throw, two sets of fitted sheets and a couple towels. And still had room. $9 - comforters, blankets, pillows, etc. Dryers: ¢25 for 4 minutes on the Large tumbler ¢25 for 6 minutes on the Medium sized CLEAR ... It is super easy to pay here now. You can either use quarters or a credit card. They still have change machines for $1, $5, $10, and $20s. It'll give you all quarters...keep that in mind. OR each machine now has a card machine on it so you can use that if you don't carry cash or rolls of quarters. Also if anything goes wrong, they have posted emergency contact numbers to call. CLEAN ... Baskets clean. Tumblers clean. Tables and surrounding areas and inside clean! I'm glad to see this place still doing well! 9/10 would return to wash comforters and large blankets. read more

came here temporarily while the dryer at home was broke, prices went up a bit in the short time i was there but if u do laundry for just 1 then the medium size washer for 32mins at $6 is good enough for clothes and some towels, plus 2 18min $1cycles on high on the dryer does u good, maaybbe another on medium if ur towels need longer depending on how how many clothes. $9 should he all u need for 1 person to wash and dry but its that much for the large washer so it depends on ur needs what u pay. never had any issues and the people who go are generaly friendly and might even help u, my first time someone gave me the rest of their time on the dryer, another time a dude helped me unstuck some quarters, and another time a lady gave me her black bags cuz i forgot mine. read more

I've been going to this laundromat since I was a kid. My mom and I would go here.. now as a grown up I find myself going here alone lol. Location is good, there's typically a lot of parking but sometimes it can get busy. It's clean and they have different detergents and fabric softeners to choose from unlike other places where everything is sold out. Ive never had trouble with any of the machines, but I do know it's a little pricier than other laundromats. But hey, at least all the machines are functional. One night I got lucky and I came in late, i think they knew I was here and finishing up, none of the lights turned off nor was I asked to leave. I appreciated that because the washer at my house wasn't working. Not to say I'll go late again, but again it was appreciated since it was an emergency. read more

We just moved to the area and needed to wash our large comforters. These machines were perfect and got them super clean! You do need to call the owners for the code to enter the bathroom, but they were super responsive and answered the phone quickly. Overall this laundry mat is the cleanest laundry mat I have ever been to, but I just wish people would pick up their own dryer sheets. Parking is very limited as it is a busy shopping center especially on a Saturday or Sunday. What originally brought me here was the great reviews about cleanliness however, the last two times I have been here it has been a wreck. Soap all over the machines and dryer sheets al over the ground. Then yesterday had a homeless person asking people for money. Just disappointed the last two times. Hope it gets better. read more

It is in a decent location besides the fact that sometimes they leave the dumpster near the entrance, so it smells horrific. There is always rubbish on the floor because there is no one attending the area. It gets crowded on the weekends and friday and monday nights. Every other day of the week, it is almost empty and one can do their laundry in peace. There are a lot of places to visit while you are waiting for your loads to finish. The prices of the washers are about average. The dryers are fairly inexpensive, but some of the dryers do not dry all of the clothes evenly. I always try to opt for the single dryers, as they dry more efficiently on the first try. read more

This place gets 2 stars, only because the location is convenient. Overall the laundry mat itself is very dirty, half of the time their machines aren't working, or they're either flooding with water spilling everywhere. I came here last Sunday and damn near slipped on a huge puddle of water that had came out of a working washing machine. My clothes also got wet in this puddle while taking my washed, clean dry clothes out the drier. Such a hassle! And not to forget, there's always crackheads and homeless people in the laundry mat and hanging out in the front, who do nothing but rant random, weird things and try to push your laundry cart for you without you asking or even looking at them (kind but unnecessary). Makes me feel a little worried/sketched out bringing my 1 year old here. Thank you for the few times that I have used your machines, but I don't think I will be coming back. read more
