I understand policy about maybe not just getting coins without washing but I wasn't doing that and don't understand why I was being treated like I was doing something wrong !? That she had to physically block the machine like that? Upon entering, the friendly attendant asked if it was my first time and if I had any questions. What really stood out to me was the cleanliness of the establishment. The floors, counters and especially the wash machines were the cleanest I've seen in a laundromat. On my second visit, I noticed the attendant wiping down the machines, inside and out. What amazed me was how clean the soap dispensers in the wash machines were. Usually there's a combination of built up soap and fabric softener scum and in many cases mold in the soap dispensers of the places I've been. Not the case here! In addition, every machine was in working order, the first time I've seen that. The prices of the machines are about the same as other places, maybe a bit higher but I'm a believer that you get what you pay for. I'll gladly pay a bit more for better service and quality. If you're looking for a nice laundromat, try Cc's. I think you'll be impressed by this place, I surely am.

Today was the fist time that the employee on site took my clothes out of the washer and left them in a cart. She said other people needed the machine and my clothes were sitting for over 30 minutes. Yet my other loads were right next to it and had also just finished. It wasn't more then 5 minutes my clothes had stopped and my clothes was taken out. I didn't like that. My underwear and bras were just left there for everyone to see. I under other people need to use the machines but sometimes you have to wait just like I do when the machine I need isn't available. I'm disappointed this happened here, more so the fact that the lady said it had been over 30 minutes when I knew in fact it had only been a few.

The dryers however don't dry well on purpose so we have to keep feeding in money to it. I thought it was pretty expensive. Large loads for tons of clothes and smaller loads if you just have a bit. There's coin machines that accepts up to $10 bills (I think there's some that accept $20 bills too). The dryer is really effective and I usually don't have to have it run for over an hour. Unfortunately, they don't have an app for virtual payments so make sure to bring cash!
