I mentioned that I also wanted to add a very small touch-up area on my upper legs, but I couldn't add it through the website. I politely asked if she could quickly do that area as well. I have a very high pain tolerance, rarely need breaks during treatments, and usually let providers work quickly without any issues. Her response was immediately dismissive. She said, "I don't have time. I only have 10 minutes for the sections you booked, and the full bikini alone takes 10 minutes." I was honestly shocked that they scheduled only 10 minutes for THREE sections. I've been getting laser hair removal for 4-5 years at another clinic, so I know these types of appointments are normally scheduled for at least 30 minutes. She then rushed through the entire treatment and finished all three sections in under 10 minutes. After seeing how quickly it was done, I asked one more time if she could do the small touch-up area, and she bluntly refused again, telling me to speak to the front desk if I had complaints because her next client had already checked in. I paid $150 for a treatment that felt extremely rushed and careless. The entire experience felt like a money grab with zero concern for client care or quality service. This was only my second appointment here, and I will absolutely never return. STAY AWAY.
