Ruined my skin. I did the picosure laser for my small melasma spots on my face and it grew and got worse .. they just kept telling me it takes time and that I need to keep coming back to slowly eliminate my spots, but after 4 sessions they should have realized that my skin didn't take and was actually not supposed to be doing this treatment in the first place but they just wanted my money I'm sure so they neglected to help me. This MediSpa has an awful customer service and lack of professionalism. I do not recommend coming here to anyone. So I called to make an appointment for a tattoo removal and mentioned that I work every day, it takes me more than an hour to drive there and I want both consultation and a treatment. They told me they're pretty booked and gave me an appointment in 3 weeks. Guess what, today when I came to the office and met the doctor, she basically said that they absolutely can use laser on me, tried to sell some additional treatment for the face and then she left. Her assistant counted the price for me (which was pretty high compared to others) but I drove 1.5 hours to get here so I was like "Okay, let's do this, I'll pay". And then I heard "Well can you come tomorrow?" --- Whaaattt? I drove all the way here and booked an appointment 3 weeks an advance just to hear if I can come tomorrow? I brought to their attention that I specifically made an appointment for a consult plus the treatment but was told that the doctor has already left... Basically I understood that they are not so booked, I could come in tomorrow or day after tomorrow, so why creating this impression that they are so busy at the first place??? And how come a doctor can leave like that, in a minute after talking to me? They have this big office, like 7 reception girls in front, expensive machines and prices of course, and it's a shame that they conduct business this way. I am personally getting my tattoo removed -- I have posted several photos of it here with my leg. I absolutely love Dr. Martha and Patty! They are amazing -- I am so so soooooooo happy with the results. I even have referred my two sisters : one is getting a tattoo removed from her hand and the other is letting the sculpsure done . They have also referred many of their friends and coworkers as well. My mother will also be going to see Dr. Martha for some eye work that needs to be done. Like most people, I've struggled with acne on and off ever since I can remember. I definitely had the battle scars to prove it. Wow! Where do I begin?? Dr. Recasens is the sweetest, most knowledgable Doctor I've ever met. She is actually a retina specialist and her office is tucked away in a very quaint location, you'd practically miss it if you didn't do any prior research as to where it's located...it's actually on the 4th floor of the building and the office is shared with a medical group of eye doctors (Dr. Recasens has her own room to perform the procedures in.)
