So not only was it a huge inconvenience with him being late but he didn't even clean my car properly. I'm so upset with how much I spent for a mediocre service. Lesson learned! read more

My service was canceled 3 times last minute due to weather. I extended my appointment 2 months to avoid another cancelation. The man arrives for the appointment, then I received a call wanting me to upgrade to the extravaganza package. I kept telling the woman on the phone that I was only concerned with the interior. Eventually, I was able to upgrade to interior plus since the interior was the only thing I wanted detailed. I was told they would change my package. 5 minutes later I looked out the window and the guy was picked up and left without a word. I received another call from the company trying to upsell me again to a larger package. Apparently, my car was in too bad of shape to get a deep clean to get it clean. Isn't that the entire point of detailing. I was willing to pay $259 for the interior clean. So the guy that was here Apparently refused to do the work which is why he left. Now I will admit my children have destroyed my car but a good detail would get it clean since that is what shampoo and cleaning product does in the interior of a vehicle. Since that is the service requested I am not sure why they were incapable of completing the job. Apparently it wasn't an easy way to make $259. Express Detailers responds to their website request very quickly. I got a response within an hour of making my online reservations and was able to secure an ideal time for the next day. The detailers showed up to my house a few minutes BEFORE our appt time!!! The guys were efficient and clean up well after themselves. During inspection, I pointed out an area of concern and it was promptly taken care and then some. Best part is they didn't make me feel like I was creating a problem or just a complainer, even though the issue was very minor. I would definitely recommend them again and again. I scheduled a time slot for arrival between 9am-10am this morning to get my car detailed. A little after 10am, I called their customer service number 888-414-7113 asking for an update and was told that they had "not made contact with the technician" and that they would keep me updated. Didnt hear anything back for over an hour... When I called around 11:15 and told them to just forget it -refund my money and cancel whoever was supposed to come- the supervisor all of a sudden said they had just found someone that could do it (Aaron - local mom and pop company) and they were giving him my info asap. I got a text at 11:30 that said my technician would arrive in 20 minutes. I heard nothing for another hour, called back a couple times and they just kept saying he's on his way and he'll be there in a few minutes. I got a text around 12:45 confirming my address that said he would be there soon. Aaron showed up a few minutes past 1pm and got started right away. He apologized for the delay and told me the company had given him the WRONG ADDRES, but he got there as quick as he could on short notice. No idea what happened to the original technician, but Aaron did the best he could with the information he'd been given. He did a PHENOMENAL job making my car sparkle like I've never seen in the decade that I've had it. I will absolutely recommend his services to anyone in the area, but do yourself a favor and CUT OUT THE MIDDLE MAN. The only portion of the service they offer is communication, and they couldn't even handle that much. Waited 4 hours total for any kind of hint as to when someone would actually be able to provide the service I'd paid for. I'm perfectly content to wait for good service, but communication is key and they failed on their part. NEVER booking through them again. read more

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. They soaked my car to the point where soap and water was still coming out of the seats and floor mats two weeks after detailing. The proper steps were taken on my end to ensure the car would have dried had it been cleaned properly. I provided photo evidence of the issues that were caused by the detailing, and the companies solution to this was to have me pay more on top of the detailing to come out and dry the car. I would never recommend anyone to use this company and feep completely ripped off by both the service and the company response that I have received. read more

My car has NEVER been this clean, maybe when it came from d dealeship. I have dark gray cloth interior and a white short hair dog. I eat in my car more than i do at home. I called and got an appointment d same day. They were there in 2 hours. They really took time to do their thing. I was very happy from the get go, but today i went to put gas ( they cleaned the car last night) and noticed they cleaned the area INSIDE the lil gas door!! Who even does that?! I loved it!! Decided to take the plunge and get "the works" package for my Prius. What a waste! I didn't receive a lot of the package details including full car wax and trunk detail. It says the package takes 2.5-3 hours to complete, however, the guy was done in just under an hour and a half. Being skeptical after he left I went back over the car and realized my car was never waxed. I was originally ok with this lesson learned in my opinion to check all areas before he leaves next time. However, the following day I saw he never even touched my trunk. At this point I was pretty upset I mean this is a $300 service and it looks like he did the $140 "super wash detail". I brought my complaints up to the company with pictures to prove my points. It took over a week to get a full response and multiple emails back and forth. I was finally told that my "lil Prius" didn't require a 2.5-3 hour service and that the trunk was not detailed because of a few items in my car. I'm sorry but if I'm spending over $300 to get my car detailed then I should be informed why the trunk of my car could not be done at time of service. Poor customer service. He sheds a ton and fur was so deeply enmeshed in the carpeting and fabric seats that regular vacuuming didn't do much. I have booked a detailing service from this company 3 times now at varying price ranges. The Super Wash Detail and The Works. One was $100 and the other was $200. I was dissatisfied with the results of the $100 service because I felt it was not clean enough to warrant the price. My cupholders were still dirty, there were grease smudges on my windows that I had to clean myself, and my windshield was extremely spotty. I thought maybe it was because I had gone for a cheaper service. but the worse part is that the $200 service looked exactly the same as the results of the first service if not worse. It included a shampooing of my car's interior which was not performed, seeing as my carpets were entirely dry. The second star is merely for the employee to whom I pointed out the shampooing and he politely went back and did it, informing me that his boss told him only to do the removable carpets. I will not be ordering another service from this company again, and I recommend others stay away as well. They are extremely overpriced when other companies offer better service for less money. read more

At the end, I was rather disappointed and called Elvis (the owner) and let him know my dissatisfaction and he was rather quick to schedule another detail to fix my grievances. Malik came the next day and ended up giving the car the shine in the wax that I had been looking for, he did a great and thorough job and left me with a great impression. For $400, I would expect windows to be wiped, crumbs to be vacuumed, etc., and I would also expect the detailer to not cut the non-removable floor mats out of the bottom of my van (yes, he did that, and left holes in the floor).
