When I get to the store it is sitting balled up in a hamper in the front of the store. The man tells me it isn't ready yet. I ask him when it would be ready because I had to leave on a flight for that wedding later this afternoon. He tells me 1pm so I ask him again if he's sure it will be done by 1 and he takes it out of the hamper tosses it over a hanger and hands it to me then proceeds to tell me it is done now and that I am to pay for the hem only and that it is $65 dollars!!!!! It was beyond wrinkled and still had strings hanging from it. I took the dress and drove it to HighPoint cleaners in Romeoville who graciously pressed it for me and had it ready by noon that day!

The second disappointment was on Saturday when I picked up my grandson's hoodie that had a rip across the front on top of where the hands go in the side pockets. the thread had unraveled. it needed to be done with a machine and she said no problem when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, it was very noticeably crooked and when I told her she just shrugged. My family and I will not be returning for any type of service here.
