Just had Phablo come over to detail my new 2016 MX-5. To be honest, Phablo did a phenomenal job! I choose to have the exterior of my car detailed and also chose to add the ceramic coating. The car actually looks better than the time I picked it up from the dealership! I registered my '68 Porsche 911 weeks ago for a car show that was coming up very quickly, but spaced on scheduling a detail with a reputable shop. So, I got on Yelp and typed in "mobile car detailing" and "Express Mobile Detailing" popped up with lots of great reviews. Feeling doubtful that they could make it out the next day (one day before the show), I messaged them anyway hoping luck was on my side. Pablo responded within minutes and said he was available! We scheduled to meet at 11am the next day. He showed up on time with a helper, gave me a few options, and were clear what was to be expected as my car has a very old paint job. I opted for a better detail/higher rate than I originally wanted to spend, but felt good about my decision because I trusted their opinions and wanted my car to look great for the show. They spent about 3 hours doing a fantastic job buffing out blemishes, nicely conditioning the leather interior, and really made the car mirror shine with a wax and polish. Phablo is awesome! I had an appointment about a week ago for detailing the interior and just cleaning the exterior. He is able to go to your home, or in the scenario you don't have water an available water source for car washing (which was the situation I was in) you can bring your car to his home. The detailing took about 2-2 1/2 hours but the timing was no concern at all. Phablo let me use his car instead so that I could continue on with my day's activities which I think was truly the best part. It's also very easy to keep in contact with him and he responds very promptly. As for quality, my interior was squeaky clean! My leather seats were cleaned, carpets shampooed, every corner that I could see had been wiped down and no dust or dirt anywhere. He also gave me feedback on my paint and how it was oxidized so he recommended to de-oxidize and then re-wax, explaining why it would be better to do it now than later. I couldn't do it at that point, but in the future if I need it done, I would go to him! read more
