We also needed the job done fairly quickly and they made availability within the week. They were also able to accommodate our schedules and came late on a Friday per our request. This review is long overdue.. I was collecting quotes for making a second key for my F150 (I bought the OEM fob, I just needed the cut and program). The key is one of those laser cuts that also requires the right programing tool. The dealership gave me a high quote, and most of the other businesses on Yelp that gave me a quote were also on the high end. I was looking for a keyless entry remote (aka a clicker key) for my husband's 2007 Honda Civic, which (according to the internet) can't be programmed at home for keyless entry. Express Mobile Locksmith is basically a mobile truck with all the car equipment inside, but since I hadn't gotten stuck somewhere I ended up coming to him. As much as I hate leaving bad reviews, especially for small companies, I am so disappointed. I called and arranged to meet on Saturday at 8am at Javier's house as it is close to where I live. After examining the trunk of my car, he told me the lock he needed was in his other truck but it would be there around 11am. I was happy to come back, but never heard from him again.
