What happened to this shop? I pulled in today for an oil change. There was 3 bays all with a car in them And another second car in line on the 2 other bays. I was instructed to pull in behind the car in the bay in front of me. In front of my vehicle over my head in big letters it says 10 minute oil change which in times past was a very accurate statement .a good 10 minutes later a car finally leaves beside me.who knows how long the car in front of me was actually in line. After sitting in line for at least 25 minutes I backed out, very disappointed and left. Please Take the sign down it's not true. read more

Don't let them work on your car... They charged me $380, for an aftermarket purge solenoid.. when I told them O'Reilly said it was likely the charcoal cannister. Now, I'm at the Toyota dealership, having had the Charcoal cannister, purge solenoid, etc replaced. $1500+ later... my car is finally fixed. read more

I brought my car here to assist with a warranty claim for repairs. Jose R. was very thorough and helpful with communication through the entire ordeal. James Dykes was the one who assisted us with the actual claim and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Between these two gentleman, they were committed to seeing the warranty claim through and did not stop when held up on their end. Went here a couple times to get an oil change. They'll try and upsell you every time you go. The staff is pretty friendly but not exactly knowledgeable outside of the management (suggested I needed new brakes despite just having them done). Note: don't confuse the two types of stores; I bought a roadside warranty at the Auburn Avenue location and despite what the attendant tells you, it doesn't carry to all other locations. Had to pay $30 for a patch and neither location was willing to refund it. Go here if you're desperate, but go somewhere else if you can. read more

Had a freak situation, my house key fell in between the center console and my passenger seat. 100% lost.. called up there and they were super polite! When I got there they immediately helped me. My dog was at home(just adopted him literally the other day) and he was locked in. I was a mess. The guy ended up having to remove my whole seat and go under the carpet to find the key.. took about 30 minutes and I know we cut into his lunch time. Cody thank you so much! DO NOT...I repeat do not go to the Milgen road location. I started taking my cars there for oil changes...no problem besides the fact that they would try to sell me on others stuff....but I had a loose lug stud I needed off so I decided to give their mechanic side a try...they stripped bolts...I think intentionally...then told me I needed a whole new axle...when I started to ask questions they got visibly disturbed. I told them to put my car back together and drop it...long story short I left and got 1/2 a mile away and BOOM FLAT TIRE...there is nothing you can tell me to make me think that they didn't puncture my tire....I went to my normal mechanic he go then lugnuts off the loose stud...91.00$ total...these people are CROOKS....you will never get my money again...and will tell everybody I know of my experience to make sure you don't get their money either read more

This place is a joke! They replaced the wrong tire on my car and then proceeded to tell me the one one they actually replaced was also damaged. There was nothing wrong with my tire before I took it. They messed up but changing the wrong tire and then we're dishonest in an attempt to cover their asses. Never coming here again. read more

I've been using Express Oil and Tore Engineers for over a year now. Milgen Rd staff is never anything but courteous and professional. They change my oil never try to sale me anything extra. They recommend but have always said you don't really need new air filter or sometimes they'll recommend other things that might be needed. They changed a battery in my vehicle that the dealership was the only other place that would offer to do so. Dealership wanted more than double what they charged and manager told me they would charge nothing because battery was purchased from them. After talking to him I insisted that they charge. I highly recommend their services. read more

Had a quote given to me during a previous visit to replace a leaking gasket. I finally decided to return to get the service done but when it was time to check out, they tried to charge me for a service that they DID NOT DO! I was charged for a valve cover gasket and spark plug seals, but the spark plug seals were not replaced. I explained several times that the description that was on the quote is NOT what was done to my car. They kept saying "thats just what it says in the system". I had them call the dealer (which they claimed to have ordered the part from) and surprise, the gasket was $50 cheaper than what they quoted me for because it did not come with spark plug seals! Once they had no more explanation, Craig said to me "well I'll put the old gasket back on and you can take it to the dealer!" Unprofessional! But what is also surprising, is that during this entire argument, the invoice was changed while I wasn't looking, and now the price is miraculously $61 cheaper. They blamed me for this being a misunderstanding. My initial price was $276, but after catching their lies, it just so happened to change to $215 out of the clear blue sky! I have been a customer here for 7+ years, but I will NEVER come back again! read more

Stay away from this place! Every time I go there, because it IS convenient for me, they always find something wrong with my car that I MUST have fixed immediately! Have been gouged a couple of times before I came to my senses! Last time, I supposedly had a horrific oil leak that needed immediate attention, etc. for at least $450-$600, with possible more car repair on the way. Instead, read up on-line, added an oil leak additive that went into effect after 100 miles, and guess what? Stopped in to get an oil change 6/20/16. Was told that my brakes were dangerously out of shape. Estimate was over $700 and had to be paid that night so parts could be ordered. I agreed and paid. Took my car there the next day. When I left with the "repaired" car, the vibration during braking was 5 times worse than before it was fixed, I took it back for correction. They call me later that day and say it will be $500 more to fix the calipers. I asked why this wasn't found out during the initial repair and got the runaround. I take the car to Atlanta to my old time, trusted mechanic. He is shocked at the poor quality of the work done. Has to replace one of the calipers because they had been damaged with a hammer during the initial "repair". It cost another $700 dollars to fix the "repair". You decide. read more

I had to give one star due to being able to leave a comment. This location Milgen Road is horrible. I started coming here for oil changes and at first no issue. Then one day they left a tool under my vehicle.. another incident I got a motor mount fixed on my car and ordered tires, my car started knocking. I took the vehicle back and they went under the hood did something but pretended as though nothing was wrong, but the knocking stopped. Then the tires that I ordered never came in when they told me they would. So I asked for a refund. They lied to me and said they couldn't give a refund, only corporate could do it and I would have to take a check and the check would not get to me for another 30 days. It took for me to act out of my character and tell them I felt because I'm a woman they were trying to get over on me. Then I had someone call up there and I got my refund processed back on my card. If your a woman, I would highly suggest don't let them recommend anything that your car needs. They take advantage of women. Patience Bailey called me and he was rude and disrespectful so I got rude and disrespectful with him, he is a big liar. Oh and if you have an issue they say they can't give out corporate phone number. This location is the only location I have ever had issues at. The tires that they tried to get over on me were $353 for two, and they weren't name brand. I went to Walmart and got two tires (Goodyear) 60,000miles and roadside for a total of $159. read more
