Fast and friendly - took about 10 minutes total and Sam the service rep was really nice. Not a good value though - expensive! $113.41 for a synthetic oil change on a 2014 Toy Highlander. wow. While in the service bay, I checked in on Yelp and a $3 coupon popped up... they would NOT honor the Yelp coupon because there was no "code" listed next to the coupon. Although $3 is not a great offer, it still surprised me. I do live in the area. Been there about 6 times and its always been polite service, efficient work and as quickly completed as possible. Located just a mile from my home so very convenient, this is a vacation town so prices can be high and service just okay but Express has a great system and they work it to perfection. I'd gotten several oil changes and even though the lines can be long they roll through things quickly and get into all the basic checks. Needed a tire for my wifes car, called around and they had a very far price, great reviews and seemed right on top of the process. All went off perfectly with the install and I am thoroughly impressed by the hard work of the employees, super hot and humid and everyone is just being polite and pushing through it. Only complaint I have is that the site is small for all the work they do. Highly recommend and will return about every 3 months! read more

I have used Express Oil Change for oil changes for the past five years and have never had a bad experience...this review is NOT about their Oil Services. I did use them to provide a new set of tires which I have no complaints about either...this review is NOT about their Tire Services. However, while getting my tires done they informed me that my brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. Since I was about to make a business trip to Louisiana I asked them to make the repairs. I drove to Louisiana the next day and noted scraping sounds every time I braked. Upon arrival, I took off my front tire and noticed that Express had not bolted my caliper back to the caliper housing. I was able to complete the job myself after purchasing a set of replacement bolts. I reached out to corporate three weeks ago and have not gotten a response. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EXPRESS TIRE AND AUTO FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN OIL AND TIRES. I am hoping that this review gets somebody's attention; if not, I'll be taking my oil and tire business elsewhere in addition to any other services I need to be completed. read more

Needed a flat fixed as we were traveling through town. AAA sent someone to change the tire and recommended Good Year to fix it. Good year couldn't get to it so sent me to Express Lube, who happily jumped right on it and had me going in no time. Very friendly, professional people who were extremely busy but took care of me. I have been coming here for the last two years for a oil change and on my LAST visit I inquired if they did brakes. The Technician (AP) said they did and it would be less than $100 for the front, then he checked and said no for my Ford Explorer it was $170. I said the mechanic close to my house quoted me $385. He said WOW looks like someone is ripping you off. So I drove 30 minutes for a quote of $474.89. They knew I had to have brakes so they got me for $524.52 out the door. Wonder why no one trust mechanics, possibly lie more than politicians and lawyers. Should have stayed with my local guy. Now he gets my oil change business! read more

They quoted us over the phone and gave accurate and reasonable estimates. Fastest oil change ever and the people jumped my car (a couple times) and went above and beyond to help diagnose AND fix the not-starting problem (needed a new battery). They got us sorted same day when everywhere else was quoting us at least a week when I'm supposed to drive back to Dallas tomorrow. 10/10 go there if you're in Destin and need your car looked at or need an oil change before leaving. read more

I got my car alignment completed within the 1 hour he told me it would take. So I took my 2018 Acura for an express oil change. I'm was end of day. Customer service was great. However, just one thing the covering to the oil pan was put back on without the screws. I drove home yesterday didn't notice. This morning on my way to work had to go back home thankfully my husband hadn't left for work and was able to put it on with the screws. Oil change was good. My A/C was not blowing ICE cold, just cool. I had them test it and recharge it. They said the condensor is bad and quoted me $1,200. I said I will pass as cool is good enough. Well now I turn on the A/C and have HOT air coming out. Glad I paid $120 to have them make it worse. read more

I made an appointment online for 10am at the Destin Location, dropped my car off at 10am and was told that it will be about 2.5-3 hours for my brakes to be fixed. when I came back at 1pm they have not even started on my car, when I talked to the manager he was not very friendly or apologetic and told me that the appointment does not mean anything and it's just first come first serve basis, so why do you accept appointments then? He said it will probably be another 2 hours or so depending when my car will go up to the lift. I explained that I have another appointment and was expecting to have my car back around 1pm. My friend brought me there to pick up my car, he then proceeded to say that since I have my friend here she can just drive me around and bring me back later. I work in the hospitality industry and I have never given or received such poor customer service than from this manager, no apology but rude comments. He also said I can just take my car and come back another time, well I took my car but I will never come back or will recommend this place to anyone. read more
