With this being my only form of transportation I needed to be able to get to & from work. I just couldn't wait that long. Foley Service Center, thankfully got me in the same day! Within a few hours, they had diagnosed the issue, gone to get the part I needed, & had my car running like new again. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. Then he tells me the owners at lunch and he'll call me when he gets back or he went to get parts and he'll call me when he gets back and Has not replied! They chrged me for work they clearly didnt do,see pictures. I took it in for one problem and told them if they fix that problem then to do other miscellaneous items and gave them a separate list. They did not fix my original problem. They charged me for doing the other miscellaneous items, but did not do them. The motorhome is very large and I cannot get under it until I took it to another shop and they showed me where the work was not performed Included photos. Also all batteries needed to be replaced after I got it back to them. Apparently, they did not turn off the switch to shut off the house, batteries or the engine batteries and completely drains them. In fact when I went to get it, they had to jumpstart it so I could leave and I cannot get the batteries to come back up so I had to replace all the batteries a total of nine RV batteries at $400 each They also had my RV for six weeks. I took it over there. They told me they were busy this week, but they would get to it next week six weeks later they told me they can't fix the problem. I took it there for and give it back to me with all this damage .

So, I thought for the last few years I had found a reputable place to have my truck taken care of…read more I've had tires replaced, brakes done, oil changes done with no regrets. Then I went in to get my tires rotated. The serviceman told me that my lug nuts had sleeves on them and that when they start slipping you won't be able to get the lug nuts off easy. He suggested I have new ones installed without sleeves on them. I said ok and they put new ones on for $117.00. They were fine at first, then after 2 years they started to rust. When the points of the lug nuts rust they round off when you try to remove them. Chrome lug nuts aren't supposed to rust. So, asked Troy to replace them or refund my purchase price. He said no but would give me an oil change that cost the same as the lugs nuts. I can get a oil change at the Ford dealer for $60. So, I ended up buying new lug nuts and installing myself. While changing them I found out that one lug nut was a different size than all the rest. So, If I would have got a flat while traveling I would have not known that and would have had no lug wrench to change that one lug nut. I would have been stuck on the side of the road. No Thanks Fausack, you have lost a good customer... Customer beware.....
