This place is almost like Jiffy Lube Lite. They get you in the bay, out of your car and start talking to you about what's under your hood. Then they try to sell you a bunch of stuff. It is what it is and it's fine. Most of the employees I spoke with were professional and easy to talk to, even if I declined most of what they suggested. One issue - a gentleman said I was out of oil. I wasn't. My engine was low and I didn't add any before I drove here because I wanted the to ask a couple of questions and have the mechanic look at my engine, but there was definitely enough oil to get me from my apartment to this garage. After a small back and forth and a discussion about what oil should be added to my car - I asked for the manufacturer recommendation that was printed in the vehicle's manual - this gentleman called me over to the front of my car to show me what a car with actual oil in it looked like. Good for him. I'm glad we got it straight even if he didn't make the point he wanted make. Anyway - if you're interested a first come first serve garage that performs repairs is also available. I declined to get my tires rotated because I didn't want to wait two hours, but the option is there. Going forward - I think this is a good spot for an oil change and some fluids if you're short on time or in a hurry. I'm also going to continue to use my main mechanic for any larger projects and heavy lifting. read more

Had truck towed there because it wouldn't start. They said without looking at it that it was the timing but we left it overnight so they could diagnose it. The next day they said the engine was blown so we needed to get a new engine and offered us $500 for it. We went back 3 days later we tried starting it and it started however it didn't stay started. So they gave us a free diagnostic and it came back that the engine is blown. In the meanwhile we are renting a rental car. When we found an engine, we called them and found out the guy we were working with was fired and he was the only nice one. Anyway they wouldn't give us a price, then we called corporate then they said they couldn't do the work. read more

I recently had a fantastic experience at the express oil change service! The staff, particularly Stephen, were not only efficient but also incredibly friendly and polite. They got me in and out quickly, and Stephen even took the time to suggest a few necessary repairs for my daughter's high-mileage car without being pushy. Really quite a phenomenal staff here. Clay took all my information and Stephen did all my services SO fast I was blown away. Great customer service and the people are very personable and engaging throughout your visit so it doesn't feel awkward or uncomfortable or weird. Alex was super awesome and really an inspiration to see such a badass girl getting people in and out and in and out during my visit. They are pristine here, move quickly, and give you lots of recommendations for what you need based on your mileage. I found this to be such a good experience and they all seem very trustworthy and knowledgeable. I do not mind the drive whatsoever to have this experience which such good people!!! I paid about 155 dollars for a wiper blade change, oil, and filter, which is excessive, but they were super quick, knowledgeable, and super easy to talk to. As a gay person I fear going into car shops because most of the time the guys try to mansplain or assert some sort of weird dominance over me, and there was just absolutely none of that here. read more

It felt like I went back to a 1955 service station. I stayed in my vehicle while the oil was changed and other fluids were checked and topped off. Fast and convenient. Plus I wasn't pressured to do more but was given a print-out of services I could have done. Will definitely be a repeat customer for all my vehicles. read more

I used this business faithfully for oil changes for the last 4-5 years, but after my last 3 visits, I will NEVER be back. First bad trip, I told the person doing my service that I had a coupon to use, he wrote down the code, and told me he'd add it on at the end. Upon looking at my receipt I noticed he had in fact not added the coupon like he said. Upon telling him that he forgot to add my coupon, he then proceeded to tell me, since my card had already been ran, there was nothing he could do. Strike 1! The next visit, I pulled in and the gentleman inside waved and motioned that it'd be about 5 minutes...no problem! As I waited, a truck pulled in next to me, the gentleman inside instead of waving to this guy, comes out and starts talking to him, gets him moved into a bay, and his oil change started, as I start there, still not being helped. Strike 2! Now today, as I pull in right behind another vehicle, and sit and wait for 37 minutes, before I just finally had to leave, they still had the hood on the vehicle in front of me up, who knows how long I would have waited, and then another 30-45 minutes to do my oil change? They advertise a 10 minute oil change, which I'm telling you is ABSOLUTELY BULLSHIT! Go LITERALLY ANYWHERE else, and don't waste your time with this place! read more

I woke up to a flat tire and because this place is so close to me I took my car in on 4/18/23 to have it looked at. I asked them to check to see if I had run over a nail or something. First they were more concerned with messing around to guide me into the bay. Then as I was being shown the waiting are, the swearing that was going on was extremely unprofessional. The attendant who talked to me ( do not know his name as he was not wearing a uniform or a name badge of any sort ) said.... before we do your oil change I checked your tires. Your tires are wearing unevenly and you need new tires. Now mind you, my back tires are only 5 months old! He proceeded to give me 3 different printouts for tires ranging in price from $950.55 to $1261.48! He then told me how it important it was to have reliable tires and keep my family safe on the road. When I told him I wasnt there for an oil change and needed my right front tire checked, he looked at me totally confused and responded with oh. He left and came back literally 2 mins later to tell me that there was something wrong with the inside of my tire. And because they were older than 5 years ( not true ) No one reputable would repair it. I took it to Sams Club ( where I bought my back tires ) and low and behold he showed me where there was a puncture in my side wall. So I bought 2 new front tires from them. Kamryn took care of me, explained everything I had questions about, made the process super easy and nerve free! Affordable too! Came in to this location to get an oil change, something you can not make appointments for. Upon arriving there was 1 car in front of me and when they were ready for them, they had me back up so they could get into the other bay which I really appreciated because it seemed like they were making sure whoever got in line first would be serviced first. To my amazement I would find out in the next 15 minutes that this wasn't true, there was a car that pulled up to the bay next to me a few minutes later while the car in front of me was getting serviced. I thought what I had to do they would too when it was my turn, guess that's not always how it works. The car that pulled up next to me after about 10 minutes of waiting was pulled in directly after the car that was right in front of me, I had been skipped. Now I understand things get busy and confusing sometimes and honestly if it had been just the one car it probably wouldn't have been a huge deal, but there's more. Shortly after getting skipped another car pulled up to the bay next to me, let me remind you i've now been sitting in my car waiting for at least 30 minutes now. I thought surely I would go before this car even if they had to tell them to move so I could get in the bay, but that in fact wasn't the case. After the car that had skipped me was done they pulled in the car right next to me into the bay. So not only had I been waiting 45+ minutes in line to get my car serviced but not 1 but 2 different cars were put in front of me in the line without appointments and having showed up to the shop after me. (Both cars were also getting oil changes.) I do not recommend this place to anyone who has other things to do throughout their day, no problem with the car but will never be back. read more

BEWARE! Every time I brought one of my cars here I seem to come back with another issue. They were constantly trying to charge me for parts that had already been replaced. They replaced one of the control arms and a few weeks later when I brought it in for something else they said the same control arm needed to be replaced. Luckily I caught it. However, this last time I didn't catch it and they charged me to replace my rear brake pads and rotors which had been replaced previously 4 months earlier from another mechanic. After searching through my paperwork and noticing the duplicate services, I went in to get my money back and they refused. And on top of that, the car won't start now!! It is truly hard to find good honest mechanics especially being female. Needless to say, I will never use them again and will be notifying the Better Business Bureau. read more
