Just had my oil changed here for the first time and it was great! Brad and Megan were very accommodating and were upfront about them being a little slow because someone had called in. It was a disappointment. I went in for a routine oil change service with fluid top offs and air tire changes. I paid $100 (after a $10 discount) for the service and they didn't check my tire pressure. They didn't tell me the cap was missing after topping off the the windshield washer fluid. I learned after pulling out and going under the hood to check because it had to be replaced after my last oil change by Jiffy Lube. They were not as thorough as I'd expected and for the amount of time I was there. After getting checked in, they took 25 minutes to service my vehicle instead of the advertised 15 minutes and there was only one other vehicle on the other side that they had started on the second stall before I pulled up. read more

I've only gone to JIFFY LUBE twice. Both times about 2 decades ago. Both times in Broward county Florida. But at two different locations. And I've told these precautionary tales ever since: 1) 1987. I bought a brand new Toyota FX-16. At 500 miles, I wanted to change the break in oil, but I couldn't remove the oil filter. I went to JIFFY LUBE with my own oil and Toyota filter. The manager assured me that they had a wrench called "THE CLAW". And it would remove that filter. Sure enough. After about 15 minutes I was told my car was ready. I paid. But as I walked out to my car, I saw a puddle under it. I raised the hood and saw a huge gouge in my radiator and coolant dripping from the damage. I went back in and told the manager. Long story short. JIFFY LUBE would only pay to repair the radiator. Not replace it. So I ended up with a brand new car with a big blob of solder right in the middle of the radiator. Nice. 2) 2002 I drove my old Toyota Starlet into a JIFFY LUBE. I'd had issues with my back and I was interested in a deal advertised to get my manual transmission and rear differential fluid changed. I sat and waited for about 30 minutes and listened to some fool tell me about how I should replace this and that as well. The usual upselling crap. When I left, I got on the highway. I noticed that like the last time, my radio was on a different station and the quarters went missing from my tray of change.. After about 2 miles my transmission became difficult to shift. Then stopped shifting. I had the car towed to a friend's transmission shop. On inspection, it was found that there was NO oil in the transmission. And the "fill" plug was missing. The transmission was completely destroyed. This time JIFFY LUBE refused to do anything about it. Saying that there was no proof that they did anything wrong. (Not the same location as the radiator fiasco) I ended up buying another 5 speed from a junkyard and having it replaced. (Parts for that car were easy to come by back then) I decided to get back my $300 by passing on these true HORROR STORIES about JIFFY LUBE and the idiots they have, working on out cars! I knew it was due for an oil change and new I had a couple things on my car that needed an update but I wasn't sure what exactly they were. After speaking with she'll be the manager or assistant manager to this location, she was quite knowledgeable and helpful on educating me on what items I needed to update on my car. She's big on trucks and has a pretty extensive knowledge base. I feel a lot more at ease knowing that she someone I can count on if I have a question about my particular car and I'm glad I ran into her. In order to get some of the other items done that we're normally part of my service I had to ask for them to be done not by her but by some of the help. I had to swing by for what I would call an emergency oil change because I didn't want to drive out to the Northland to my dealership. I just decided to start with an oil change on my way home from being in Overland Park. So I stopped by this Jiffy Lube location in Waldo on a Saturday and had a pretty good experience. By far the worst experience I've ever had. Went for an oil change, literally 1 minute after being there my car wouldn't start up. They claimed my battery was bad yet I've NEVER had any issues prior to entering their facility. PROCEED WITH CAUTION! Especially if you're a young woman. If you are a woman proceed with caution because this male employee will try and take advantage of you thinking you won't know any better. Getting an oil change is not very exciting way to spend $25, but Jiffy Lube gets the job done. This location has super friendly employees and comfy chairs in the lounge. Free coffee (I didn't try it) and a decent selection of magazines while you wait. Like all Jiffy Lube locations if you come in between 7 am and 10 am you get $13 off. read more

So I've visited this Jiffy Lube twice and the services I received both times have solidified it as the ONLY one I'll ever go to. Prior to my first visit I called around to other locations in hopes of getting a tune up and they either didn't answer or told me they couldn't get me in. Finally I reached out to this location and let them know what I needed and that I could be there when they open since I work overnight. The team member who answered was very accommodating and even opened an hour early to get me in. I ended up getting that tune up and two ignition coils replaced (all four wasn't in budget at the time). The mechanic ordered the parts, got me a deal, and put them on for a reasonable price all while I napped in my car lol. Fast forward, another one of my ignition coils went out, I called and spoke with the manager to see if it was covered under the warranty they'd given me, it wasn't since it wasn't one of the ones they replaced. no problem, I told her I'd go ahead and order the part on my own and see if my brother could pop it in. She told me if he couldn't, I could bring it to her and she'd put it in FREE OF CHARGE. Needless to say I took her up on her offer. The whole team here is exceptional, I'd definitely recommend them to everyone! read more

My wife went in there to have an oil change done and did not receive the care she should have received. The techs claimed the oil dip stick was broken prior to inspection however they managed to send her off with a clean cut top off of it. The solution was to screw a screw on what remained of the dip stick and call it good. Also noted on the invoice was that the serpentine belt was "ok". The tech who inspected this did not look very well as the belt is cut down the middle and has been for months. As a shop that does regular inspections on things they aren't asked to do, with the mission for providing excellent customer service, they aren't equipped to offer solutions when problems arise. After today, I going elsewhere. Signature oil change. after last time, went home and checked on service. windshield washer fluid cap loose, not filled. Battery check, battery 2 months old, set off my brake alarms, time off on radio, reset. checked my lube points, none done, checked service sheet, claimed my truck changed to sealed units over night. STAY AWAY!!! I pulled up at 5:30 with one car sitting in the bay. The gentleman promptly came to my car and asked if I had been to Jiffy Lube before. I had, just not this particular location. The man told me to hop out of the car and leave the car running and he would walk me inside. Inside I sat with one person while she waited for her car to be completed. I sat there for 15 minutes concerned about my car still running and not pulled into the bay. I walked out into the shop and asked if my car was still running and the gentleman looked at me like I was stupid. He said, "Well did you leave it running"? The two gentleman were taking there sweet time, so I asked how long the would be before they started my oil change since my car was still running. He said, "Um... I dunno?" I quickly left and will NEVER return to this location. read more

Paid for an oil change and they didn't put oil in my car. Had to go to dealership a week later with issues.

At first, I was a little hesitant about going to Jiffy Lube near my house. But I didn't want to drive to my dealer to change the oil. It was the middle of the week, so I was able to get in right away. The guys did a good job of not only changing the oil but cleaning the windows, vacuuming, airing up my tires, and changing a small light bulb on my rear bumper. Which I thought was hight for a small light bulb, $14.95. Anyway, overall my experience was positive and they didn't try to upsell me for products that were not necessary at the time. I went in for an oil change and to get new headlights put in my car they were great when it came to customer services and very sweet. As soon as I leave my car starts to run weirder then usual well I look under my hood and they broke a pipe and did nothing. I'm a single teen parent and I spent $200 to care of my car and they made my struggle worse. When I spoke to them about it they said they claimed they did not do it but I take good of my car and check under my hood frequently. This situation was very frustrating and has put me in a very difficult situation. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

I just had my car worked on this past Sunday for the first time at this jiffy Lube and I was very pleased. Both of the workers on staff were very polite. Of course they tried to upsell me on a few things, but they weren't forceful at all. I just got the basic $24.99 oil change but will probable get the signature next time since it comes with topping off all other fluids and vacuuming the inside. I also added on getting my tires rotated and my air filter changed since that needed to be done anyway. Overall I only had to wait maybe 15-20 mins since no one else was there and as far as I can tell the job was done well. More than likely I will be coming here since they have better hours than my normal garage does. read more

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Jiffy Lube. I have been using Jiffy Lube for the last eight years. Most stores are happy to see you and treat you like royalty. Moved to a small town (Leavenworth KS) and was happy to see a Jiffy Lube, should have drove off when Brian first talked to me, he was very blunt, no sense of appreciation, almost like I was an inconvenience. Then they get your oil plug opened and tell you that it is $86, I haven't been there more than 5 minutes and we are going over the bill. I then proceeded to show him my coupon $26.99 and he told me they don't accept them at this store. He did give me $5 off and that is why I gave one star. He didn't go over what they found on the car (fluid levels, tire pressure, air filter, etc...) until I asked about it. Didn't ask if all my info in the computer was correct and it isn't because we just moved here. Just not what I am use to from a jiffy lube. So in short you will pay $86 for synthetic oil, an oil filter and a bad vacuum job. read more

Terrible. -Over charged -Claimed filling fluids and vacuuming was an add on not part of the service for free even though it states it differently on their webpage-they "discounted" me $5 for not completing this service -They sent out an email saying "Veterans Honored Everyday 25% off" but they only gave me 10% on my visit -I asked them to check my tire pressure they claimed they did, but my list was still on After I got home and reviewed my ridiculous bill I called the dealership to price compare, almost half of what I was charged. NO STARS Highly Disappointed My 18 year old, daughter and her boyfriend stopped to get an oil change on her 99 Accord before leaving on a road trip. I suggested JiffyLube, because they could get in and out easily, but knowing it would be a bit more expensive that our normal $29/oil change. After the car was pulled in and they were working on it I received a call from her that it was over $70, $74.21 to be exact!! She said she couldn't do anything about it because they were already working on her car and she didn't know what to do. She said the guy didn't give her a choice and just said this is the oil you have to use not knowing that it was much more in price. Since she had to leave town, I made her bring me the receipt and left work to go to JiffyLube and asked for the manager. In speaking with R. Vega, who was also the one to check her out, he proceeded to tell me that they did have a choice prior to the car getting worked on, which I do not believe. He said that he explained that the car had high mileage and leaks so they needed the high mileage oil. Since he knew it had leaks tells me that they had already worked on the car. I explained to him that I felt he took advantage of young kids and didn't get them an option, of which he denied. I told him $75 is outrageous for an oil change and that we would never be back. I did find a coupon on-line and asked him to honor it, which he did and made the oil change a whopping $60 instead. I do not like JiffyLube's tactic of preying on those who they know do not know any better. Even more the prices are the most ridiculous that I've ever encountered and we've take that car to several shops in town. I will NOT ever recommend JiffyLube to anyone and feel like the whole system is a scam. They are more interested in charging people for what they do not need instead of serving the customer.
