I'm from California wanting to buy boots for my husband, grandson and myself. I was at the register to pay and since one of my orders needed to be shipped to my home. They needed the "Manager" I was in line in front of the "Manager" He was counting money and not once acknowledged myself and my family. The young lady at the next register asked him if she can help? He said yes, now I move to her and everything was going great. Until she needed his assistance to place my order. The sales reps that assisted us with Brent and Damien were very helpful and respectful. The register young lady asked the manager for help. Well, this is when I experience the poor customer service management. He ignored her and the sales rep since they kept going to him for help. 15 mintutes go by and nothing. What is he doing? Out there looking at some lights outside the store? Mind you im still patiently waiting for him to assist his employee. I asked the workers is there another manager and unfortunately they said no! I respectfully said "wow does he always do this? Or it just happens to be that I'm the lucky one that's gets this type of service? Keep in mind I work for customer service in management for a pediatric and invasive vent patients division. I take my job with pride and willing to HELP. I don't let color, race or politics evolve with my duties as management. Im giving a 1 star because of their poor management. As far as the workers I will give them a 5 star. As soon as I walked in, I was honestly overwhelmed by how many suits they had. I walked around for a bit trying to find someone to help me, but either the associates were busy with other customers or didn't acknowledge me. Eventually, I approached one associate, and after explaining what I was looking for, he was very helpful. He found my size, the color I wanted, and was informative throughout the process. I was also happy to find out they had a special. It was actually cheaper to buy the full suit than just the jacket alone. So I ended up getting a full suit for the price I originally planned to spend on just a jacket. The issue came with alterations. Since they offer tailoring services, I asked the associate to have the suit tailored to a slim fit. He told me the jacket was fine as is, and that only the pants needed hemming. I trusted his judgment since I'm not too familiar with how suits are supposed to fit. A week later, I picked up the suit, and I wasn't thrilled with how it looked. After trying it on again, I noticed the jacket felt too big. A different associate helped me this time and agreed it needed further tailoring. I had to pay an additional $56 to get it adjusted properly. Overall, K&G is a great place to find a suit at an affordable price, but be cautious with tailoring. Don't be afraid to speak up or ask for a second opinion to make sure you're getting the fit you really want.

Well he came back and asked my kid what size he was and what he liked and actually went and brought him two shirts he thought he would like. There was another guy that helped him with jeans ( glasses green shirt) and brought my kid some options and diff styles. So I'm actually really impressed with this location bc Ingrams workers are def not like this. Literally every worker there was helping someone and again all so friendly as well as the two girl cashiers.

Believe it or not solid crewnecks are hard to find! I do not like thin tees and JCrew was the only store I found that had decent tees. In addition to a few of their crewneck shirts I found a pie or shorts, and two pink sweaters. The sales associates were awesome! All the ladies working were helpful, polite and professional. They even kept insisting that we had to have ID on us to pickup our order when I was able to confirm the email, and showed them the order is ready receipt on my email with the order #.
