As somebody took it into the service bay somebody else was trying to come up with backup options in case it wasn't fixable at that time since we were away from home. Before our test drive, Scott warned us that the AC was not working and that was something they were looking into. After we test drove it, we were sold, we wanted to buy it right away. Scott insisted that they get the AC figured out before we move forward with paperwork. After a few days they found the issue. It ended up being in the main fuse block.
