The pick up experience was flawless and very efficient, as was the drop off at the end of the rental. I honestly can't recommend full pull enough, if you're looking for a boat rental in Manistee/Onekama, look no further. We'll definitely be back next year.

Contacted them again in very early Spring 2019. We needed the work completed by Labor Day 2019. "Sure, no problem." Boat was going to be in Traverse City, and so they finally got us a quote by the middle of summer. Deposit given to them in less than a week. Not until the second week of October 2019 did the work get done. And the arch is too flimsy. We will have to add bracing ourselves as we are leaving the area on the sailboat in less than a week. Very expensive, $4K, for a flimsy arch. I recommend boaters and others look elsewhere for their stainless and aluminum work.

He barely listened to what I said about the boat - that it backfired and kicked back while it was starting - and the things I had tried. He diagnosed it as a bad ignition switch. "No way", I thought to myself, and I was correct. A new switch made difference. I texted him to tell him his diagnosis was incorrect and heard nothing in response.
