I thought, nah, I will be alright, I can take it in tomorrow if it happens again. Fast forward another mile, I am pulled over calling roadside service because my car is now making a bizarre sound and shifting weird. I sort out everything with RA and they text me that Statewide is coming to get me and drop my car off at the dealer (yes, the one my dumb arse passed earlier). He showed up within 20 minutes, packed it up like a champ, had a lively conversation in the cab (again, saving me from a total tear fest - who needs car trouble), dropped it in the dealership parking lot like a champ (no scrapes, scratches, damage, just parked neatly like it never happened), and waited for me to fill out my key drop ticket. I have worked with a couple towing companies in the past, but the passion with which Statewide Towing showed for serving its customers tonight won them a spot in my favorites/contact list. I pray I never see Allen again under bad circumstances, but I am happy to know if I need Statewide Towing again, they will be there and ready to roll. Outstanding job! Edit 09/28: I ran in to Allen when I picked up my vehicle this week! What a funny guy, remembered me and had a quick, friendly chat. My insurance company would only contact a couple of towing companies on my behalf and one of them was available - but it would have taken them 2 hours to arrive to me. It was 7 degrees outside in the middle of winter, I didn't want to have to wait that out. I did a Google search and found several places to call, and struck out with the first few - they were all unavailable or closed. JMT answered right away and said they'd come rescue me! He arrived within about a half hour, was really friendly, and I enjoyed the conversation we had in the tow truck on the way to the repair shop. I didn't have cash, so he took me to an ATM to get that, and since it only offered withdrawal increments of $20, he cut the price a bit to help me out - it was 2 days before Christmas and I really needed the break. Just a super nice, honest, friendly person. I highly recommend you all break down in your cars and then call JMT. :)

Should have been brought where I wanted instead of trying to charge me for 2 tows. Also-130 for a 10 minute simple tow. Had to take this tow as my car was blocking the lane and weather was dangerous and he was there before the one I called. Paid 330 total that day!

All I asked for was a tow but luckily the driver had time to spare so he offered to swap out my recently deceased battery for a new one. I don't know if they normally do that or if it was just a slow day for them. But either way, I appreciated it. It saved me all the hassle (and time) of being towed to another body shop (not Peterson's) approved by my tow program, and coordinate the rental car since I was on a tight travel deadline for work and needed to be 200 miles north of my dead car by the end of the day. (And then having the rental car people pick me up, take me back 15 miles to their shop, and get all set up with a car. All that jazz.) Instead, they swapped out my battery for me and had me back on the road, with my own car and the money that I would have spent on a rental car, within about an hour. And every single person involved with Peterson's that I interacted with was very friendly, helpful, and were really concerned about making sure I was back on the road ASAP. Big thanks to these guys. I hope my car never breaks down near Big Lake again, but if it does, I will definitely call these guys.

Despite photos clearly showing the vehicle in perfect condition sitting on their flatbed tow truck they refused to take responsibility for the $5000 damage to the vehicle. In talking to the dealership they said that the vehicle had been errantly placed backwards on the tow truck resulting in the damage.
