Kevin and his employees are an amazing group of dedicated and professional people. My mothers home was built over 50 years ago and have been dealing with Terrible plumbing backup issues for many years. We decided that it was time to try and resolve issues since we were advised that our cast iron pipes appeared to have cracks in a few of them. This was discovered when our plumber advised us to get a picture of the pipes. My husband went on line and found a company and it was Express Trenchless. We spoke with Kevin and he made an appointment for us at no charge for a consultation. After our meeting with Kevin and he located our problems he assured us that his company could and would fix the issues and would warrantee the work after completion. Kevin and his team of men arrived promptly and began working and stayed until sundown every day. I have never met a more conscientious and courteous group of workers in all of my life. They cleaned up at the end of every day , and were the neatest workers I have ever come in contact with. Kevin and his team had a difficult time repairing the broken pipes but assured us that they would have them fixed. Unfortunately once they started , they found that the problems were worse than they ultimately anticipated. These issues took a few days and they worked many hours to try and speed up the down time that my mother and sisters had to endure . Kevin, his team and the entire company were all involved and did get my mothers pipes completed. Everything was put back together like new. I am so grateful for Kevin, his brother and the rest of his company for the fantastic job they did for our family. I recently used their service to replace a water heater, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Kevin was incredibly responsive and provided me with the best quote I could find on the market--less than half of what Home Depot was charging. He was also very efficient in coordinating with the HOA to gain access to the building and always responded promptly. On the day of the service, the team went above and beyond to deliver the new unit to the building, overcoming several logistical challenges. They completed the installation in under two hours and hauled away the old unit, whereas other contractors had estimated it would take an entire day. The new water heater works perfectly, and the tenants are extremely satisfied with the results. Before leaving, they provided a detailed, professional invoice that clearly explained the charges and included a 1-year installation warranty. My only minor complaint is that the phone number listed on their Yelp page is incorrect, so they should update that. We got three estimates and went with Express Trenchless Sewer Line Repairs. Our house was built in 1973 so we had old cast iron pipes that were disintegrating. The workers were very polite, professional and punctual. They told us when they would come and informed us what they would be doing. The process took a few days but we were able to use the water most of the time. When we couldn't use the water, they let us know in advance so we were prepared to be without water. About 3 months later, we had a clog in our bathroom. When we called the company, they said they would be out to investigate. A few days later, they came out and scoped the pipes to see what was the matter. It turned out that the roots from our big tree in our front garden had managed to break the pipe. They said that they would repair the pipe and true to their words, Juan and Moises came back in the evening, dug down to he the broken pipe, and repaired it without charging us anything. This is a company that keeps their word. We are so happy that we chose them to fix our old worn out pipes. read more

We can confidently recommend this business, and I wanted to share a review because relining pipes is a big-ticket item... so doing research helps tremendously and gives a sense of ease when making such a big decision. Here's what we liked: - Kevin and Michael (brothers, family owned biz) were both very responsive in answering our questions, text messages and emails. - We felt the value was good. - Their team was professional and communicated well during the project phase when the water needed to be turned off or toilets not flushed. - The communication was important for us, as we care for a paraplegic in the house, and certain things need to be planned for his care... so the communication was helpful. - They sent us copies of the video after the job was complete. - They gave us a contract and invoice, so things are in writing and not "Mickey Mouse" (or informal) as we say here in Miami. Our house was built in 1954 and we have areas that still have the original cast iron pipes. We experienced a back up in the laundry room which tied to the kitchen. Express Trenchless came out and did a camera inspection to identify the problem. The blockage was from broken pipes, Kevin used his equipment to measure the area, and identify where the breaks were located. There were a total of 3 breaks that were way beyond the possibility for a relining option. Kevin's team quickly went to work to replace the broken pipes with PVC, any area's that were disrupted were all put back how they were found. Neat, clean and a job well done at a fair price. I had a big issue in my main drainage with continuos obstruccion for almost a year. Then I was told about this company and they started working in my pipeline. After consider what to do they gave and estimated wich it was very reasonable and I would say so much better than others. They repaired my line with epoxy and a liner and believe me. It looks like a new pipeline and they offer a guarantee for 50 years, thats mean that I will die and the line will be OK. I am beyond pleased with this group! Their response time was within minutes and within a couple of hours I had someone to my home to give me a free estimate and to assess the problem. With everything going on right now, I was quite hesitant to call any type of workers to my home, but my plumbing thought otherwise.
