I had received a new watch, Citizen Eco-Drive, from my employer for 25 years of service. It was too loose so I had to get a few links removed. I tried to do it myself, but I didn't have the right tools so I had to call in the professionals LOL. Initially, I called a place located at the mall and guess what they charge... $35+... no thank you LOL. Then I found Express Watch Repair... $8... yes please LOL. When I arrived at the shop, no one was in front of me so the watch repairer worked on my watch right away. He took off 3 links first and the fit was a tad loose so he took off 1 more link and it was perfect. You want your watch to be fitted not loose. Anyway, it only took him 5 mins. It was very fast and smooth. I ended up tipping him a couple bucks... $10 total... it's still a steal compared to $35+. Give them a try when you're in the area and need any watch or clock repairs. I took my ring to Express Watch Repair to have the prongs on the main diamond repaired. They gave me a claim ticket, I asked for a receipt when I left it with them. The man said I only needed the claim ticket. Upon picking up my ring, I paid $120.00 and went to the car with my ring. Looking at it I could see they took a lot of gold off of the side of my ring. It is very noticeable, this is why I included the pictures to show everyone. Deciding not to take it back to them, I took it to a well known Jewelry store to have it repaired. They asked if my diamond was registered, I said "Oh Yes, I have all the paperwork proving it. She showed me there was no number in the diamond in my ring.. This review does NOT apply to Express Watch Repair but to the clock repair service using the facility, My clock did not regularly strike the hour nor did it play chimes every fifteen minutes. The repairman took the works to his shop. He returned with it repaired, but the same problem reoccurred, at least half dozen times. Then the repairman explained he could find nothing wrong with the clock, it had to be my hearing. Finally, it was inconvenient for him to make the trip to my house. The clock had a year long warranty, but was neither fixed, nor was any money returned. read more

I took my chain to be repaired yesterday and I went today and the doors were locked and it was not open at 4:30 the hours state 10 to 5 I'm kind of scared because I don't know if they took my nice chain and laugh I don't know what's going on they didn't call to let me know they were going to be closed early the man told me to come back and pick it up today but they were closed so tomorrow if they're still closedI'm going to send the police over there because my chain that I gave them meant a lot to me so I'm hoping they do the right thing and be open tomorrow so I can get my chain back read more
