The price to change a simple battery has increased by more than double what I am accustom to paying. I could have purchased three batteries for what I was charged here for one battery. To that end, I can no longer recommend this location as a reasonably priced watch repair business. While the prices have increased, the level of customer service has dropped!! Even if I put aside the shocking price increase for a battery replacement, the fact that the customer service was so poor and definitely could have been better is the main reason for this unfavorable post. I will no longer be taking my watches to Bayside Watch, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. There are lots of other choices out there.
