When a prong broke off, something inside said to look elsewhere. The many excellent Google reviews on Fast Fix had me curious. I stopped by and immediately knew I had found the right place. I was greeted by Denise, who was knowledgeable, friendly and warm. I was given a reasonable price to redo all the prongs, and promised to be done later that day. As promised, they called me to advise that my ring was ready. I went in to pick it up and met Natalie, who elevated this already wonderful experience even more. She's a certified appraiser, who had spent her life in this industry, working for Tiffany's for many years. She really knew her stuff and explained a lot about my diamond and what makes it so unique. She made some suggestions for future maintenance, but with zero pressure. She further explained that their onsite jeweler is a Master Jeweler, and what that distinction meant. One look at my new prongs and I totally agree. His workmanship is obviously much sturdier and more precise than any prongs I've had done previously at my other jewelers.
