Excellent staff! The front desk, medical techs and providers were very nice! I would recommend coming here for any urgent care visits.

Very poor check-in system. Took about 35 min to complete an on-phone sign-in process. Receptionist…read morerepeatedly said they probably had my records from a previous visit but I still had to complete it on my phone (albeit she helped another patient complete the check-in on the office's tablet!) After incredibly long time waiting for uploaded documents, the timed session expired to complete the on-phone sign-in. I told the receptionist who then, somehow was able to access the form on her computer. She said she signed my name on the online form to complete it. Is that legal? When I eventually was seen, a man came into the room and introduced himself by his first name, only. Had no idea if he was a licenced doctor, nurse, or PA. I was feeling so ill by that time, I didn't care. Just wanted to leave. I had such a great experience at this place a year ago that I had bragged to others about it. The experience today will be the reason I won't use this location, again.

The front desk staff openly made fun of my neurodivergent brother…read more I took my neurodivergent brother in since he had been running a high fever for 2 days. When he came out he said they thought he had the flu but they never ran a test. My Mom is a nurse so I called to see if that was normal and she confirmed that it was not and most health care facilities carry tests all year round. When I went to talk to the front desk to see why they didn't run the test the front desk staff started talking with the nurses making comments about his "age", belitting him for needing a advocate and quote how "mother dearest" wants to talk to the nurse. (Keep in mind he's already nuerodivergent and is running a 103 fever so advocating himself is extremely difficult). They explained they don't stock flu tests during the summer (which we would have just gone to the CVS if we knew they didnt have the resources to test) which is all we needed to know but I was appalled at the treatment, disrespect, and discrimination and will never be using a CareNow again.

I would give it zero stars. I have been going every year for my annual physicals. I went last…read moreThursday and got blood work done. Got the results and received a call on Saturday that the NP would like to discuss the labs. Called the office atleast 7 times before I could get through. I scheduled a phone call at 1:00 pm and waited for the call back but nothing. Then I called multiple times again and received a message say the NP will only do a televisit so they can charge me $35 for copay and charge my insurance. I messaged back saying I do not want to do a televisit and would like to discuss my labs over a phone call. My labs were really bad and needed immediate attention and medication. But because I refused to pay medics USA did not even care and did not call me. Monday again I called several times and they gave me the same crap that doctor will be able to give your appropriate treatment if they see you in person. Excuse me my labs are in front of you so that should be enough to decide what treatment is required. They are not doctors they are cons. The entire practice is a con

This place is a scam! BEWARE AND GO ELSEWHERE. I went for vertigo symptoms. The doctor prescribed…read moremedication which they never filled. I called - they never answer their phones. I left a message. They called me back but when I answered they hung up. I called them-I had to leave another message. No return call. I went up to the office. The receptionist called the medication in and made it seem like she had to leave a VM with CVS pharmacy. CVS sent me a message saying they are trying to get in touch with the office to verify the medication and nothing. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. They probably are not licensed. They just charge people and bill insurance company. SERIOUSLY stay away from this place!!!! You might end up really sick or dead if you mess around with clinic! They have several in the DC area and are probably all fraud!!!

When there one evening when I was feeling like death. Took good care of me, got some blood for…read moretests, prescribed appropriate Rx, and called me the next morning for follow-up and results of my blood tests (quick-turnaround). Place was clean, not overly busy when I arrived. Was in-and-out within a little over an hour. Staff are courteous, professional, and efficient. I just wish I could access visit documents and blood test results with an online account. I had to go back a few days later and receive paper copy, which I then had to scan to provide to my primary care Dr. All in all, if I get illin' like that again, I'd go back here for care.

My son went on a Saturday only because our doctor's urgent care was closed. We have insurance which…read moresays our copay is $50. The receptionist was less than helpful and said care now told her to charge the full amount. Some bs thing they do. They charged us for the full visit of $206. It did go through insurance and sure enough it should have been $50. I do hope that I get back the $156 they overcharged us. But what a pain it is for me to chase after the overpayment. As of now, I have not been refunded the overcharge. I do hope I will get the overcharge back. I told him to go to his doctor from now on or an urgent care that honors insurance. I would rather use the ER than deal with this place again. Should have walked out and gone to patient first. Live and learn.
