I paid almost $100.00 for a few cut mum's stuffed into a plain glass vase. It was appalling. It wasn't even fresh flowers. I called and complained. Nothing. I like the flowers at this place, but I'm not happy with their delivery service. On multiple occasions I ordered flowers for my fiancé and the flowers were delivered to the wrong address. Despite spelling out the delivery address on the order form, this flower shop delivered the flowers on two separate occasions to a default address. I am extremely disappointed with the flower arrangement I sent for my family member's birthday on Saturday. I went to great lengths to explain what I wanted and even told the woman who took my order that I would be seeing pictures of it after delivery. It was small and not well balanced. I ordered flowers for my anniversary on a Friday morning to be delivered on Saturday at my wife's work. Apparently, it did not get delivered so I waited patiently to be delivered Sunday since it was my real anniversary date. Again I was disappointed, so I emailed Florist Now.com to complain and they said they would rectify the situation and have it delivered today. My wife finally received her flowers and again was disappointed. She did not get what I was expecting. I paid $67 with service charge and it does not come close to the flower arrangement shown on the website. I've attached a picture comparison and let you judge for your self. Friendly, down to earth & amazing gals! Specially the gal by the name of Tara or Sarah something like that. I went in there yesterday to get an arrangement for my wife, I normally don't do flowers after so many years but lately after she read the book fifty shades of grey shes done som amazing things so she well deserved them lol. This gal made this amazing looking arrangement, I didn't like the fact that I had to pay a lil more to add more roses but hey.... You pay fo what you get for :) totally worth it! All the prices were so high, but I selected some flowers from the refrigerator for $27.95. The cashier was rude, and seemed annoyed that I was there because she was Preparing some longstem roses. Unbeknownst to me, the flowers I had selected were bruised, and seemed almost like they were already withering. I was in a hurry and got in the car, I couldn't find my credit card and went back in to see if I had dropped it there, she was really rude again and seemed more annoyed. I did not notice how bad they were till I was about to give them to my friend. Needless to say, I was embarrassed and humiliated. Sure, they had a big order going, but what about the little guy off the street, they deserve attention and respect also. It's us smaller sale buyers who made your business prosper. read more

I"ve been to this place a handful of times. My last visit on Valentine's Day 2013 was very underwhelming. It was decent the first time, and each subsequent time it got worse and worse. I THINK the ownership has changed. I went in after work on VDAY, (yes, very busy day, but you'd think they would prepare for that)...and i just waited and waited..Someone kept telling me, someone will be with you. Two employees were just walking around. One was literally doing NOTHING. She just stood there and almost fell asleep standing up. Come on! So I wanted to do an experiment--see how long before I got helped. I stood there. Two people who came AFTER me were served and rang up before I got helped. I picked the arrangement and wanted to add in a Hydrangea since my Fiance loves them. It was $7!! ..fine, I know they are generally expensive and plus a markup for vday. Took them home and no joke, 36 hours later, the hydrangea was Dead/Wilted. I paid $7 for that? Weak sauce. The other flowers held up. With the combination of horrific customer service and overpriced/low-quality flowers, I'll go to Stater Bros before I go back here. Good Riddance! read more

I recently purchased flowers for Mother's Day here and while I am trying to be understanding because it's a busy time especially with everything going on, the service and quality was just not great here. I placed my order a few days before and didn't even try to do a Mother's Day pickup and decided to pick it up earlier so it wouldn't be as busy but literally on the day of, at the exact time I said I would pickup, they couldn't find my flowers. This kid who was helping went back and forth their truck and the store literally 3 times was so lost and couldn't find it and eventually this lady who seemed like the owner told me they were going to make me one right then. I was already late and couldn't really wait but I had no choice. They basically whipped up something real quick which was definitely not $70 worth and honestly that was even whatever but what pissed me off the most was the balloon I bought. I specifically wanted a balloon and I didn't realize because I was in a hurry that the balloon was basically not even floating. I saw it when I got home and the ballon literally could barely hold itself up and I knew she just gave me the one that had been floating in their store for days instead of giving me a new one with fresh helium. So basically, they forgot to make my flowers AND gave me an old balloon. I would give them one star but I feel bad because this seems like a family run place. read more

Decades ago this was my favourite florist... after going back I have to say it still is. I love this place. I have not had the need to buy flowers for anyone for so long, now I do. So after 2 decades I am back. The selection of flowers was great. The service was great. The prices are slightly higher than other florists, but the flowers lasted much longer, almost twice as long as flowers from any other florist I have been. They are so proud of their flowers they put a sticker with their name on them. If they weren't such good quality flowers that would be risky. read more
