We had already been through 4 estimates and Zager was my last one scheduled, we almost canceled and went with the cheapest of the 4, I'm glad we did not do that. From the point of estimate to close the process was excellent. We are very happy with our windows, they are beautiful and make big difference in noise and heat. In fact our first full month after wi die installation our electric bill is $30 lower than same time last year. Every representative from Zager was easy and pleasant and respectful. Only negative we had was in getting through to the office project manager, but it was minor as they did return call or email in a few days. I would highly recommend this company. read more

I am thrilled with my new windows from Zager. They appear to be of very high quality and are beautiful. The real test will be how they hold up to hurricane season. Joseph and his installation team were exceptional and a pleasure to work with. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that on installation day, they realized that there was damage to some of my windows in the warehouse and so part of the project had to be moved to a later date. It would have been better if my windows had been inspected prior to the date of delivery and perhaps this delay could've been averted. That said, if I want to replace additional windows in my home, I would definitely call Zager again. read more

James just came out to do the finishing touches on my windows. I first met James in mid-air OUTSIDE my windows, 8 stories high on a crane when he removed my old windows.
