Got my Nana's 80th birthday cake here. We went full sheet cake (feeds 80-100) with fresh strawberries, strawberry mousse and vanilla bean mousse filling. Cake was delicious and huge! Came out just as we ordered it. They even added a little sparkle to the decorations. Everyone loved it. Overall pleased with the quality of the cake and service. We were referred to Exquisite by Toscana Country Club, our wedding venue. We met with Exquisite to taste our cake and mini desserts. They promised everything would be fresh and perfect, the same way it was presented and tasted at our tasting. We left the tasting feeling very impressed. Our wedding cake the day of was very dry and a big disappointment! Upon speaking with exquisite they tried shifting the blame on the country club for the leaving it in the fridge too long which is simply untrue. Exquisite finally admitted they baked our wedding cake 5 days before our wedding. Our wedding was on a Sunday and it was baked on Wednesday. How can any pastry or cake be fresh after 5 days? Totally unacceptable and unprofessional and they ruined a very important day. I hope nobody experiences the disappointment We experienced on such a special day. read more

NEVER use this place. Total incompetence. I placed an order for a small and very simple 6 inch cake for a my husbands birthday. It was to be ready for pick-up the following day before noon. When I arrived (at 12:21pm), they couldn't find the cake. After some searching, they informed me that the person who took my order "forgot" FORGOT?? What the hell? I'm not sure what has happened to this bakery. Maybe a new baker on staff? I have ordered cupcakes from them before and the quality was great. My daughter had her wedding cake made by Exquisite Desserts and we were very disappointed in the quality. The cake was beautiful and presented as she had requested. The cake, however, tasted like it was stale, almost like day old donuts. There was absolutely no flavor to the filling. The "buttercream" frosting was greasy with no flavor. The way the cake tasted at the cake tasting is nothing like the way the actual cake tasted. No one ate it at the reception and it was very embarrassing. I would never recommend this bakery to anyone. read more

The reviews I read were 100% accurate. We ordered vanilla chiffon with passion fruit mouse, vanilla chiffon with strawberry mouse + fresh strawberries, chocolate chiffon with cream cheese filling, & a chocolate decadence. Every single one of the cakes was excellent. The vanilla chiffon with passion fruit mouse was a huge hit! Samantha and Jennet were very efficient in reaching out to me even after business hours. They did a wonderful job at accommodating our needs even up to a few days before we came to pick up the cakes. This place most definitely deserves all 5 stars. read more
