Frankly, I don't know why I didn't write this years ago - we've gotten cakes from Sam & Jeanette for a long time. But yesterday, I got a small (8") chocolate cake for a friend's birthday - and it was just SOOOOO good. It had a rich chocolate flavor, a nice, moist sponge, and in between there were layers of a milky chocolate mousse that offset the rest perfectly. We decided to get a 10-inch single tier cake, and a selection of petite fours for our guests. On the wedding day, when we saw the cake in person, we loved it.
