The wide selection of fresh ingredients allowed everyone to customize their omelet exactly to their liking. Trevor and Ethan arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. for my 11:00 a.m. party and immediately began preparing everything from scratch. We didn't need to direct her on where anything was--she simply found what she needed without interrupting the flow of the evening. At the end, she thoughtfully packaged all the leftovers using our Tupperware and Ziploc bags, making it easy to store or send food home with guests.
