Due to the pandemic closures, I am not sure if the prices have changed. It would be best to contact them for up to date pricing. My last fill in a March was comparable to the going rate at other salons.

Not only that, my nails are sooo thick and uneven now. I had to ask her to file them down more but they're still annoying to look at, they look like thick curved bear claws. The lady seemed nice but the dishonesty and workmanship is a no. She even saw an indent in one of the nails, looked at it, rubbed her finger against, and decided to just carry on. I will never understand; don't go here thinking you're getting builder gel, they don't have it! And good luck on any other nails.

My first visit was a walk-in with the tech in chair #5. He helped me pick my color, and did a great job with a new shape. The retention was SO good - I came back a little under 4 weeks due to breaking a nail pretty badly. During the second visit, I was also a walk-in and had to wait about 45-50 min which was fine because I ran an errand. Once I returned at the time they stated originally, it was a brief wait. Service was good, I chose to simply match the length of my broken nail rather than go for tips. I haven't gotten a pedicure here so I can't speak to that. Payment is easy through Zelle, Venmo, CashApp in addition to general payments like cash and card. I'm sad to be leaving the East side and sad that I only just started coming here :( May be worth making the trip (only 20min but I don't like driving!) once a month.

While she did an acceptable job, the experience lacked the warmth and personal connection I've come to expect. For me, building rapport with clients is an important part of great customer service. Today, when I called to cancel my upcoming appointment, the person at the front desk was unexpectedly rude. That interaction was the final straw, so I asked that all of my future appointments be canceled. After nine years of loyalty, I'm sad that it has come to this. Letting go of an exceptional technician and following it with poor customer service has completely changed my impression of the salon. Pointed to the polish and said to choose one. They have polish on the front desk and on the wall across from the desk. I just picked up the polish on the desk and asked if this was the polish because it looked like it could also be for sale due to it being on the desk. I was then told " you didn't book gel" which was fine I just didn't know which ones I was supposed to pick from. While walking back to the pedicure station I spotted dazzle dry polish which I wanted to try! I asked if she liked it because I was going to buy a kit myself and she said it was great and would be an extra $10 which I agreed. I could tell I was the last appointment of the day due to everyone cleaning up. My gel was removed, I was offered tea which was great. I tried to make conversation with my nail tech who due to someone leaving and saying "bye Mary" was the only reason I knew her name due to the lack of introduction. It was a very unwelcoming interaction I tried to explain I was there for my birthday nails for the vacation I had coming up and it fell short so the remainder of the time was quiet which I get not everyone is chatty. The food/leg massage was good. The polish application fell short, it wasn't clean and in the pictures you can see where I have polish on my skin still... Overall the customer service, the polish application fell extremely short. For $99 all together I expected to love this place and continue to go back but that was not the case.

This is where I get my nails, eyebrows (coughs: and lip) done. Very clean salon, attentive and talented staff, and products that are of great quality. I have been going there for well over a year almost every two weeks and have gone through so many styles, colors, lengths. It took a while for me to write this because for well over that year, they have treated with such kindness and are just so friendly. Never have I had a salon made me feel so pampered and important. As far as there products go, I'm pretty sure they have anything to suit everyone's tastes. I don't go to one nail tech in particular because I know they are all really great and will take very good care of me. They have continued to surprise me with how detailed oriented and clean my nails come out. I am very rough with my hands and the gel polish continues to look like I just got them done even when I need fills. People are always looking at my hands where I work so it is very important to me that I look presentable. I am always getting complements from strangers on my nails and eyebrows and they are really to thank for that. They accommodate many styles and are great with keeping up with the latest trends/designs. I'm so happy that they are very patient with me and care enough to see how I am doing whenever I go there. I think that is one of the best parts about the place. Kelly has been my nail girl for over 5 years! I met Kelly at another salon and when she left we lost touch for about year! I was on a lunch appointment and she saw me through a window and came after me to let me know she was next door! I was reunited with my best friend, is what it felt like!!! Exquisite Nails is a clean, friendly place and all the employees are amazing!!! I will follow Kelly where ever she goes and love doing business here!! One thing I want to point out, is Kelly was very professional wth great work ethics because she never once tried to contact me, to try to "steal me away" what integrity! I love this nail salon and for as long as they are in business I will NOT go to any other! They are very good with their work and this is coming from some one who is very picky. They are very professional and very fast, I never have to wait more than ten minutes, and I'm usually a walk in, I'm very bad with appointment so I don't make appointments when I go in and they still are able to take care of me quickly. I don't usually do request on a nail technician either because they are all good but definitely ask for Henry if it's your first time, just because he's very talkative and has very creative ideas if you're unsure on what you want to do with your nails like me lol he's great! I cannot recommend this place enough! I've been coming here for years, and Kelly and the rest of the staff are AMAZING. They are so friendly and incredibly talented--they can bring any design I come up with to life. I'm very picky about my nails, and I only had to explain once how I like them, and they nail it every time! One time, I showed them a picture of a color I wanted, and even though they didn't have that exact shade, they mixed and matched colors to create the perfect match. I get my nails done by Kelly, and I'm always very happy with the results. I'm an xray tech, so I'm always washing my hands at work, and Kelly always checks my nails to make sure they're not lifting. She's friendly, professional, and very skilled at what she does. I constantly get compliments on my nails from patients and co-workers. My husband even compliments them. He'll go with me to my nail appointment but he goes to Beyond Bread, has coffee and reads his book, then he'll walk back to Exquisite Nails to pick me up and he'll chat with Kelly a little before we leave. My daughter gave me and her sister a surprise Mani/pedi from Exquisite Nails for our birthdays, and whenever I am in town, I go back to see Kelly! She is amazing! I like my acrylic nails short and she gets them right everytime. My fingers are sensitive to the Dremel drill, but Kelly is extremely light of hand so nothing is uncomfortable. My nails have never lifted at all. They grow out before any sign of lifting might occur. Shed some of the other employees have done my pedicures and have all been very good. I wish this shop was in my home town in New Mexico so Kelly could attend to my needs monthly. Definitely worth 5 stars!! read more

I've gone to Exquisite Nails for years. They have the best customer service and such a warm and welcoming environment. Henry always does my acrylics perfectly no matter the theme. He's gentle very detail oriented, and takes the time to make them look better than I could imagine! They're amazing with children and always do my daughter's nails perfectly as well! This place is awesome!! I been going there for about 5 yrs now i will drive from the other side of town just for their service... Service, quality, PRICING.. and definitely services last a long time compared to other places that I've been to, I've tried other places and i just keep going back to them.. I have also had manicures and gel sets/fills. Consistently, friends comment on how great my feet always look. This is a very clean establishment who really cares about customer satisfaction. I have never had a single bad experience and I have been a long time customer. They go out of their way to accommodate my schedule instead of their schedule. Kelly has even offered to stay late just to ensure that I was taken care of. I got the best pedicure I've ever had in my life today. I'm very picky, but my tech was patient and listened to everything I wanted and was incredibly detailed and through. I also got a great full set. I'm usually always slightly disappointed when I leave a nail salon, but not today! Today I'm ecstatic and very very happy with my nails and toes! I definitely recommend! Kelly is one of the owners and has been doing my nails for over 5 years. I went to Exquisite Nails with a beach theme color scheme. Julie understood exactly what it was that I wanted and took a great deal of extra time to get it just perfect.
