Five stars for quick service that lasts and is affordable. My service: gel manicure, each took about 45min or so. I wasn't charged for gel soak off and was so appreciative of that! My first visit was a walk-in with the tech in chair #5. He helped me pick my color, and did a great job with a new shape. The retention was SO good - I came back a little under 4 weeks due to breaking a nail pretty badly. During the second visit, I was also a walk-in and had to wait about 45-50 min which was fine because I ran an errand. Once I returned at the time they stated originally, it was a brief wait. Service was good, I chose to simply match the length of my broken nail rather than go for tips. I haven't gotten a pedicure here so I can't speak to that. Payment is easy through Zelle, Venmo, CashApp in addition to general payments like cash and card. I'm sad to be leaving the East side and sad that I only just started coming here :( May be worth making the trip (only 20min but I don't like driving!) once a month. read more

I recently went for a pedicure and nails. $55 pedicure so I asked to cut my nails short, But they were still so long I cut 3 days myself afterwards and ruined my pedicure paint bc she didn't cut them like I asked. The pedicure was nice but who wants long toenails, I dont!?! Manicure was just ok. No oil, no lotion included in for $45+ and the shape was kinda wavy and nails looked to be mismatched shapes. Just ok for me. I dont think I can afford to go somewhere thats just ok for the prices plus tip for both techs and overall experience. They only want cash or zelle. It wasn't bad, it is a clean salon and the chairs are nice. Probably the best part is they do have a-lot of colors to pick from. 3/5 Ill keep looking read more

I used to go to this nail salon about 3 years ago when I lived in the area and haven't visited since I moved to a new area in town. Even back then I remember them being really good, and let me tell y'all, I'm picky AF with my nail shapes and everything being symmetrical. This location is under new management and I was able to just pop in for a walk in. They had few technicians on location and did ask me to come back about 2 hours later which was fine. I was paired with Lena and my appointment took about an hour and 30 minutes and I'm fine with with longer appointments so long as I feel my technician is really taking their time with the details and I felt Lena did. They didn't understand what I asked for when I first arrived and after clarifying three different times they still got it wrong and I had to stop them half way through before I noticed it was wrong. They did the wrong color on the second persons nails I paid for and they unfortunately were too afraid to speak up being young. Then they don't take tap pay but will take apple paycash app and Venmo. And I asked for white tips. They put fake white tips and pushed my nail half way back when I asked for French tips! So ugly! read more

This is my new favorite pedicure spot. Rust off, the women here are true professionals and genuinely friendly. They take the time to ask exactly what you want and even suggested the cutest Valentine's Day design when I decided to splurge on an accent for my big toe. Everything about my experience there was relaxing, comfortable and efficient. I didn't have a wait time and I noticed nobody else had to sit around waiting either, even though they were busy. My first time here and definitely will be my new pampering place. Friendly atmosphere, it's clean, heavenly massage chairs, and great service. They have different kind of manicure and pedicure to suit your mood. Today, I tried the Hot Oil Spa Pedicure and the Deluxe manicure with a mud mask and sugar scrub because I'm worth it. Place looks nice but unfortunately I paid $65 for a fill with no design and they didn't even do the stiletto shape I asked for and had when I came in. Took two hours for the nail tech to attempt a stiletto shape. I also got cut by the tech and they used super glue to keep me from bleeding. Just not a good experience and over priced. read more

I went in for a pedicure and the owner asked several times if I wanted the $45 pedicure rather than the basic $30 one. When I declined, she continued trying to sell it to me. I declined again stating that I didn't need it because I didn't have any callouses. A man did the pedicure and when I went to pay for it, the owner charged me $45. I reminded her that I had the $30 Basic. Her response was that it cost $15 more for the gel polish. If that were true, her $45 pedicure would have ended up costing me $90 if I did choose to go that route. I believe that she's price fixing because she does not have a breakdown of any of the services available for customers. I definitely will not be going back to the salon and all I can say is buyer beware. read more

Horrible experience. Went in to have the gel removed from my nails and to get a regular manicure. The lady doing my nails was inpatient and chose to scratch the gel off instead of waiting for it to soak off. My nails were left rough and absolutely ugly. They were not busy either so I don't understand what the rush was. I would've been better off doing them myself. read more

This is my first time here. Upon entering, I noticed that it is extremely hot. Just a forewarning: they have a swamp cooler. So, sweating while being pampered will probably happen to you. It's not awesome. The employee seem nice, but they are very, very quiet. There were some awkward moments. The atmosphere (which I am VERY big on) is weird. The decor is straight from summer of 1993. Everything is also very dingy and kind of dirty. You'll see in the pictures I post. The pedicure however was amazinggggg. The leg and foot massage was amazinggggggg. I came for return visit after a lovely experience on New Years (after not being to your salon after 2 yrs because of COVID)... today I returned with 4 other guests, some from out of town visiting for my sisters wedding in 2 days. I'm a very simple person when it comes to getting nails done ... today I my daughter and I wanted to do something special for the wedding. Both nail techs we were with could care less about wishes or what we desired. The only thing I kept hearing was "no we can't do that.." or "sorry it's not the same color as the sample..." not ok when you are charging top dollar and trying to rush past our appointment because you have other people waiting and just see dollar signs. To make matters worse, I just had gel removed from my hands with a supposed "manicure" and my daughter just had a pedicure... charged $47!!!! For what??? Went to this place 3 days ago. I got a pedicure, manicure with dip powder and my eyebrows done. Spent over $80 (not including tip). My nails are already chipping and I was told by the lady that if that happened within the week to come back. I called to let them know I was on my way to fix them and she very rudely told me they were too busy. I explained that I got my nails done because I am going out of town and I need them fixed. She just hung up on me. This is very frustrating because I paid extra money this time around so my nails would be perfect for my weekend gathering. Now here I am with 3 day nails and already shipped. I've been to this place 2 times & I can say that I wasn't very satisfied with neither of my visits. The first visit was not too satisfying because the quality of my nails were not appealing. The manager was kind enough to take $10 off my service & offer me a free service my next visit. Today, I went back again & they had only given me what THEY wanted to give me. They told me my service was free but if i wanted designs, i would have to pay extra. How is my service free if I have to pay for the things that i want???? Well, I went here for the one treat I give myself a month. When I took my polish off I noticed a yellow line on my nail, it eventually took over the entire nail. Beware here they don't sterilize well. Always heard it was possible to get a fungus, never thought it would happen to me. It will be months before I have a nail again to even paint. read more

I started going to Lily Nail Spa 2 years ago. My nails are very thin and peel and manicures is the only way to keep my hands looking nice. Gel polish is what is done. But, that isn't just any old gel polish. Cutie is a true artist, and hand paints whatever I asked her to try. She has hand painted flowers, lines, tie dye, snowflakes, and much more. The other stylists at the salon are wonderful people. There is such team spirit, with each helping the other if they have too many walk-ins. The price is competitive. There are lower priced salons, but the work isn't worth the price. For my money - and style - I will stay a client at Lily Nail Spa. read more

Walked in around 1pm and to our surprise no customers! Thank goodness because we received 2 pedicures! The ladies are super sweet and friendly! They currently have a special for a pedicure for $35: callus remover, mint and sugar scrub, massage (10 mins). I got the one for $43 where you get all of that plus Paraffin :) super relaxing! They have 8 manicure, 8 pedicure chairs and 7 chairs in waiting area (4 of which can be used for extra time to dry nails after you've received your service(s). It's nice and bright on the inside and clean environment. Enough space to move around and doesn't feel like you're in the way or will bump into others :) Prices are pretty decent so might have to come back and try getting a dip powder mani or something :) read more
