I was here with both of my daughters because the place was highly rated. sadly, we were disappointed. Crystal, our nail artist, who by the way was really nice, did an extremely sloppy job on my nails and on my daughters' as well. she barely filed or shaped my nails and didn't remove my cuticles. as for the nail polishing, there was more color on my skin than on my actual nails, as seen in the picture. we paid $200 and had to remove the nail polish as soon as we got home, which was followed by over four hours of trying to repair the damage. overall, the pictures speak for themselves! read more

Needing a haircut before a lot of business travel I thought I would try this establishment. I made an appointment well in advance and turned up 5 mins early. 20 mins later the barber had not arrived. Talking to the staff there was no ETA for the barber so I left! I did get a call offering another appointment but once bitten twice shy. So I cannot really talk to the barbers performance because I didn't get a haircut! read more

I've tried to keep supporting this place because it's close and it's a nice facility in my neighborhood but I can't help but wonder why they can't keep a barber? A few months back it was Mac and he did what I thought was a good job until I came back with my son and his clippers cut him up. Then Roman started and I was sure I had found my new barber. Roman was polite and respectful and did an awesome job cutting hair. My son loved him too. Two months later and I find out Roman has left now. They rent a chair to another barber you can't find in the system. Don't take your young children to that side to get their hair cut if he's around. I don't need my son hearing F-bombs dropped non-stop among other choice words. I'm not sure how they can price and market themselves as an upscale shop with that going on. I would highly recommend they fix their reservation system so it doesn't close a day early, lay some ground rules with the barber renting out the chair and figure out why they are losing quality barbers. Until then I'll find a new place. read more

my family and i went to this place to get our nails done, since the reviews only suggested that the service was excellent. i'll only talk about my personal experience in this review though. first of all, the staff were really nice and helpful, however, Crystal, who did my nails, did a sloppy job, as demonstrated by the pictures attached. it felt like she was rushing and wanting to get the job over with as fast as possible. she barely filed or shaped my nails and went almost straight into applying the nail polish. she was forgetful and kept applying more and more coats, which made my nails extremely thick and chunky. based on my personal experience, i would not recommend getting your nails done here. read more

The staff were really nice and helpful, however, I had some problems with my manicure. First of all, Crystal who did my nails, did not file or shape my nails whatsoever, she just put the nail polish on straightaway. Overall, my nails looked fine, but on my left hand, instead of the top coat, she put the bottom coat on, which caused my nails to have a weird texture. I would definitely not recommend getting your nails done here. read more

Unfortunately I will not be back. I was excited that Exquisite started offering barber services and brought my son here for the first time for a cut. There were two barbers present at the time. The one that cut my son's hair was nice and respectful and did a great job. The other guy however...I couldn't believe how crude and unprofessional he was. He was cutting a lady's hair and every sentence they spoke was littered with profanity and very adult content. The part that really disheartened and upset me was the fact that they were discussing abortion and the client stated that she had recently told her daughter that she "might as well just go ahead and have an abortion because I'm not helping you raise that m*ther f**ker's baby"! My poor 9yo son looked at me with big eyes and such disbelief that she had just said that. My daughters and I have been happily seeing Diana for months but unfortunately we will not return. I WILL NOT support a business that allows such disrespect and unprofessionalism! (And by the looks of the reviews I am not the only one who has witnessed this barber's negative behavior) read more

Anthony is an amazing hair stylist. He knows exactly what I want and makes recommendations that have always been spot on. Diana cuts my husbands hair and he is very happy with the results, as am I(that's most important). Sosan(sorry I've my spelling is wrong) does a beautiful job threading my brows. The owner, Tammy, has created a beautiful salon with a nice comfortable atmosphere. I actually enjoy my time spent there. read more

I had an appointment with the owner Tammy (hair) and Susan (threading) in early November. This is a beautiful, modern salon that really emphasizes customer service. Susan has been doing my brows for over a year, but this was my first time visiting her at this location. My mom ranted and raved about her shampoo experience with Tammy and I had the chance to see why all for myself. Tammy not only thoroughly cleans your hair, she provides the most relaxing wash experience I've ever had complete massage, aromatherapy oils, and a hot towel conditioning treatment. I was so relaxed. When it was time to blow dry my hair, she was very gently with detangling and did not burn me once with the flat iron. My hair was beautiful, I've never had it styled that way before where it was slightly curled on the ends and it lasted for over a week. Tammy even offered me wine and that was the perfect touch to my Friday evening appointment. I've lived in Cypress for 8 years and have always traveled pretty far to get my hair done. I am so happy to have Tammy so close to home. She has years of experience and it shows. The best part of my visit was that I was only there for about an hour and a half. I am not used to that at all. I was also very pleased with the pricing. It was just an overall wonderful experience. I learned that I could book an appointment online in the future so I look forward to returning in December for my next appointment. read more
