I was amazed how well the staff did with my son! They were all so kind and patient. Dr Tyler did a wonderful job working with my son who at first was not having any part of an exam. We found a video on my phone that my son was very interested in and Dr Tyler went with it. He adapted his exam so well to help get all the information he needed while using my phone to keep my son's attention. I highly recommend them especially for kids! Buyer beware! Make sure you're getting what you really want and that your eye exam is correct. Kicker is, when they were remade, I didn't receive any money back even though the script was wrong! I also changed the frame, cheaper, and was told they don't do refunds. Make sure you see the little sign they have out or you'll miss it. I should have rec'd some money back considering the script was totally wrong. I couldn't even wear the glasses, they were that bad! But of course, if I chose a more expensive lens I would of been charged. They said it was standard practice across the industry, well, I think not, Walmart does refunds when they are wrong, just sayin!
