I was in a terrible spot, pulled over on the left hand side but no extra space whatsoever. Cars were zipping by at 60 mph, some not even moving even slightly to give me room. One texting driver and I'd be toast. I called the first listed service- they had an answering service in India. It too them 15 minutes to be able to tell me it would be at least 90 minutes to get a truck to me. (Who wants to call India to call for a local service??) I ended up getting referred to Cody from another service. Cody knew I was in a bad spot and literally dropped everything to come bring me gas. He was so awesome! I felt like I was a customer and not just a fee! I got an invoice through my text message, called them up and talked to Bill. It seems that my insurance didn't give him enough information. Once my insurance paid the claim, I called back and took care of it. Bill apologized for my insurance not giving him better information. Well, that wasn't his place to apologize, but he did.
