Although there were no vacancies, she requested my phone number. Much to my surprise, I received a call shortly before the moving date. The property is clean, well lit and convenient. Paperwork is minimal. One month, I accidentally sent a check that was greater than the amount due. Lights come on automatically when you enter the building. And you are required to enter your pass code to enter the building and then pass thru the door to the units. Finally, if there is a problem with your monthly payment, they will reach out to you on the phone rather than send a letter and cause late fees to track up (I had a card expire, so I found this a great courtesy). Negatives: The only easy way to enter is to take the access road heading north. If you are coming from the north, it's a huge hassle going through parking lots and businesses. Also, your monthly rate will go up on you no matter what.

They were just finishing another job and were able to take on my requests on a short notice. Because I had a smaller job, they quoted me a flat rate with no minimum job requirement. We later decided to add a couple of mattresses and a sectional we needed to be picked up from a second address, which they were able to accommodate for a reasonable price. Harder's crew was very hard working and moved quickly. They were very polite and professional, very easy to work with. Would definitely hire them again and recommend you give them a try!

My boyfriend and I just moved to Round Rock from out of state and were in need of a storage unit…read more We needed one that was outdoors and on ground level for easy drop-off and pick-up access and luckily this was the first place we called to inquire. The gentleman that assisted us were very welcoming and friendly and they had a great promotion for a 5x10 storage for $49 a month so we took it! Also, we had our u-haul trailer that needed to get dropped off at another location, but we were able to drop it off at Storage Max which saved us time and made it so much easier! I highly recommend to come here, great service and great staff :)
