I needed to transfer my 2 units to another unit directly across the hallway and even though he was busy working on something else, he went straight back to the office to pull up my account and walk me through switching over to the new unit. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. What a great asset to the company. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a climate controlled place that can give you easy and reliable access to your items while in storage. This review is for the Ranch Road/620 location. I have kept my belongings in storage at this facility for several years and I have absolutely no complaints. Their facility is secure, clean and easily accessible. But what makes this location so amazing are the people. Tara and Yolanda have honestly been the best throughout this entire process and I could not have asked for more compassionate, helpful and thoughtful women. They have made themselves available at every single turn and have always been kind and caring and I appreciate that so much. Great location 183/620. Excellent management and friendly and professional staff. The place is always clean inside and outside. I had a few issues that were handled quickly and fairly. I discovered that the original unit I rented was not large enough and Tara worked to find me a larger unit close to the original so rhat it would easier to move between units. ADVISE: They allow you to prepay months ahead which locks your price in. If you don't do this your rate will go up quickly. It could double, depending on the time of year. I know you can pay a year (maybe 2 years ahead). Whatever months you don't use will be reimbursed. I would highly recommend this storage facility. read more

I am very disappointed with this storage supplier. When I signed up it was around $75/month now it's $140/month. That's just the beginning of it, they had a leak/flood situation ruining thousands of dollars worth of my possessions along with BLACK MOLD everywhere. Not to mention, they had their garbage locked up so we had to pay another $130 just to unload everything at the dump. I called and spoke with their manager, he was not helpful and took no responsibility for what they did to my belongings. Do not rent here. Save yourself the headache and money. read more

Staff is super friendly and helpful. They knew my name and storage number when all I said was "I just recently paid for a storage space". Made it feel personalized. I rented for 1 month. The employee assisting me with the setup gave me a fair price and explained that the first month was half off and the second month the price would double. I think I paid $40 for a 5x10. I only needed the storage for 1 month. One week before the end of the rent period I notified them I had emptied the unit and was sent a confirmation email. The process was easy and simplistic. I believe at their regular price it the units are a bit expensive, but for the one month usage I was satisfied with the amount. Tara is amazing! I have been with this storage facility for over a year now, and needed to downsize my unit. Thanks to Tara, I was able to obtain the online rate AND transfer my remaining paid days to the smaller unit and move in that very same day instead of having to wait until the next billing period. Tara went above and beyond in both explaining the billing to me and finding me a good unit with great access. Having just recently lost my husband, I needed all the help I could get in both areas (my mind was a bit muddy) and Tara not only walked me through all the financials, but then offered to help me physically move my stuff from the bigger unit to the smaller one. She did all the heavy lifting for me: both financially and physically! I am so grateful for her kindness and help. We got it all done in record time - saving me enormously as I didn't have any help for the following weekend. When I first ran in here I like the price for the size of the unit. Unfortunately, the price went up in the third or fourth month by about $100. Location is nice. Temperature inside the unit is always very warm. Lighting inside the units is pretty poor. Hard to see without a flashlight. Carts for moving storage item into storage units are very small. The grading into the building is it such a drastic slope that you have to have someone hold the cart while you load it so it doesn't roll off into the parking lot read more

Chose this facility due to price. After a few months, I received a notice that the rates were doubling. Note, the rate we signed up for was the rate, not a promotional rate! We decided to move everything out days after my automatic payment was made. When we asked about a prorated refund we were told they don't offer that so now I'm losing approximately $84 due to their greed. Pretty horrible experience all around! read more

I have been renting a unit at this location since August of 2019, and within only 3 months of having my items there, the unit had been broken into somehow without removing my lock and audio equipment was stolen from my unit. I reported it to the lady on staff and the only thing she could tell me was to file a claim and hope it gets paid out. The problem is someone was able to enter an indoor unit, in a building that requires a code to enter and another to get into an elevator to get to my unit. They of course were not able to provide any surveillance information but the lady at the front desk did tell me others have had the same problem when I asked if I was the only one that had a storage unit burglarized but there wasn't any kind of notification sent out. I don't have a problem going through claims and trying to recover the value of the item taken but all my stuff is still sitting in a unit that someone is able to access and I was not given any type of assurance it wouldn't happen again, that anything was being done to look into it, or even a different unit to move my stuff into . I am moving my things out as quick as I can. read more

I have been overall happy with my experience here - getting my storage space went smoothly and quickly - but now, in thr middle of a pandemic and ecnomic crises, I got a notice that they are raising our storage rate by more than $30 a month. Real dick move. At least now this will cause me to clean my stuff out of there as fast as possible, rather than leaving it there to cost me further money...so thanks for that. read more
