I'm in here at least once, sometimes twice a day due to being a vintage reseller. There is very…read morefew "offical" Fed Ex locations and this location is convenient to both work and home which is a blessing. The staff is always courteous. Despite being in there every day they still always ask me if I want a receipt, which of course I always do. Even after over a year of seeing these people daily I still don't know any of them. The parking is tight due to being wedged between a Starbucks with a drive thru and a Five Guys in an already undersized lot. Pulling out going left is problematic too. I do wish the parking was better or that Starbucks would move since they are the source of the problem. There should not be a drive thru in such a small configuration. I do wish that Fed Ex staff were more helpful when I've had problems or lost packages, especially since this is an official Fed Ex store, but they refer you to the toll free number which leads you to an operator in India and alot of frustration. In terms of who damages/loses my packages less often of the two evils being UPS and Fed Ex, Fed Ex does do a better job at actually getting it there unscaved, but they're not perfect and when there is a problem it's impossible to resolve.

As of July 1, 2025 they sold the company without informing the renters, they changed the name and phone number online and were not answering the phone. I had to go to the facility and found the entry gate hanging wide open, the office was completely cleared out, and there was a hostile woman as the new manager. It is now managed by Extra Space Storage who is increasing all the rates which were already expensive. ABRS sold all our personal information without our consent, my rent was automatically withdrawn from my bank account which was in my file. I had a legal contract with A Better Rate Storage for a specific rate in a secure gated facility. Over 7 years I rented here several times, Tanya and Ellen always seemed nice and helpful, but they knew this was going to happen and rented me the space one month ago without letting me know it was a completely fake contract, very disappointing, and I would say illegal. I moved out of my unit, it has been a stressful experience. A civil action suit would most likely be successful.
