No letter was mailed out informing me of a price increased. The system says one thing but Kristen in her nice nasty voice tells me what the lease says. When asked to speak to someone over her, she had to the nerve to ask me why? I will be sending a letter to the Attorney General informing them of how they work. I will also be moving out in April. This place is HORRIBLE. DON'T DO IT!!!

It took a bit to move everything and the rent went way up after 2 months- after the break in. I was not notified and just saw all this money deducted from my account- I never got that back. A few months after that my friends unit was broken into. Both times of break-ins these were not the only units...it seemed to be a regular occurrence. I tried many times - at the time- to contact the corporate office, but was always directed back to the location and dismissed. They are very shady and don't think you will even be able to speak with the national office as there is no way to get through to them.

LOWER than 1 star if possible. Price increases the longer you stay! Ours went from $185 to now…read more$362, How does a rental increase the longer you have it. They claim it is because of area prices but when I compare, they do not come close. We rent a largest units. Originally we paid about $200 a month. Now, despite auto pay and a perfect payment hx, I am told "it's based on national averages" "No I mean local averages", "It is a popular size" (they have 3 available right now!) We have watched our bill raise every six months or so by $50 to $80. It is now almost double what we started at. ($382). I called to ask why and was told it is based on a "local average". Call any place in town and get quoted over $360 a month. Image the increase this company is making on each unit (even if you auto pay...offer no problems at all). I understand minor increaes...I feel taken advantage here. Our choices are to move to a smaller unit at the same place...where I would get new customer prices or move to a competitor's unit. Or just bring it home. I am not trying to be difficult or disrespectful, but this seems a horrible business model. Times are tough for every person, except maybe corporations. It disappoints me that being a good customer means we receive less service that bringing in a new customer that may not be as reliable. I would suggest rewarding good customers, not punishing us. So, if you made it to the bottom of this page please know that if you are like us and planned a short rental...be cautious. Our situation changed and we needed it longer...it is not a good choice. No matter what do not leave it here past 6 months. If you do it can easily rise higher than our summer electric bill or our health insurance payments etc. I went from a 5 star post to a less than 1star because no matter how nice the staff is...their business model is less than a 1 star. Than you for letting me show a real problem.
