This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. They were over charging my office for over 8…read moremonths. Each time I would speak to a manager and they would give a different story and claim it was resolved . After spending endless hours on the phone I got the matter resolved but one year later I get a letter from a collection agency saying I owe the some ungodly amount. They have weekly wine tastings and the largest indoor wine storage facility in Louisiana. And they have a sommelier on site! Last time I was there, I got a chance to sample some hundred dollar wine. Yep, they just cracked that puppy open and split it with everyone in there. How awesome is that? Plus they're very community-oriented. They have a featured business and an interesting events every month. They just recently advertised for an indoor garage sale where they had over 50 sellers and door prizes! Don't know of any other garage sales where they give out door prizes- and ask for donations for a local blood bank and school. And they're doing stuff like this all the time. Every time I go to a fundraiser in Jefferson Parish, Elmwood Self Storage is involved in some shape or fashion. I've even used their board room for a meeting I conducted. They let me use that space- free of charge- and even helped me advertised for it. These people seriously get around! So check out their facilities and you won't be disappointed. I haven't been!

Waiting in a corporate Fed-ex center etc is a chore. Pack Rat makes it cute and fun. The line goes by adorable souvenirs & practical things like office supplies. 100% yes to affordably priced holiday colored sharpies! I found it because my printer was down. It's one of my new favorite places. Local Nola at its best. Growing up my Mom always called small businesses with heart and charm "we try harder places". It's not glossy, not corporate, it's adorable and the kind of place we see all too often disappearing here. I went in low key grumpy & in a hurry, left with a big smile on my face.
