The boxes were quite light, so we loaded them one by one, and this made us feel better. We booked a time for our building elevator, and our team worked around that time frame without wasting time. It was handled calmly, though there was a slight lag while the other person was loading the area. Everyone was very nice and informed us throughout the entire process. They delivered around 9 pm, and the main furniture was delivered to the desired location. One of the lamp shades had to be tweaked upon unpacking, but it was a minor issue. The boxes were readily available as each room's name was clearly written on the box. The move itself remained well planned and executed from start to finish, even with two pickup points. The team really had a strategy for everything.

The movers were ready with dollies, straps, moving blankets and floor protection. Before starting, they verified the equipment and outlined which required disassembly. Items such as resistance bands, attachments and hand weights were placed in reinforced boxes. The larger ones were wrapped tightly before being carried through the doorway. I had my household furniture loaded separately; it was busy keeping everything in order. The treadmill would have to be angled differently in the new house to fit through the hallway. The team didn't rush through the process and damage anything. This took a few minutes longer, but it was done professionally. The last delivery was received, and all major items arrived undamaged. It wasn't our equipment, as there were a few scuff marks on one of the moving blankets. The crew put the pieces back together and ensured that they were stable. The service was thorough for a big and complex job and surprisingly smooth.

We called and called, they either never return our messages or told us to wait when we tried to call their other lines, and after months of calling and waiting for refund, we started to call a couple of times per week, then one day they hang up on us and blocked our phone numbers. 1. The company failed to provide a delivery drop off date and time. When they called (the morning of…read moredrop off) we were expected to be there in one hour. Since we were not, we were charged a late fee (which we got out of) because of poor communication. The drivers told their boss they communicated with us - it was a lie. Their boss stated that he would look into it. When he called back, he told me directly he didn't do anything more and that nothing could be done. The delivery day was made worse because the movers did not communicate, they lied, and then they didn't repair the relationship. The credit card company denied my dispute because we signed saying it was delivered. I wouldn't recommend them - and here's why. Companies that get away with this behavior (when things don't go well) will do it to anyone. So, most things in our world work out as they are supposed to...but companies that are committed to being the best don't let experiences like mine occur without some sort of "we are really sorry about this, here is what we can do."

On 7/20/24 Safe and Easy Moving was hired to move me from my FL home to my home in GA. The movers…read morewere paid extra to box certain items in the move. During the move two items they boxed, my big screen tv and a Pampered Chef stoneware pan were damaged. The company has yet to pay for the damaged items despite it being stipulated in their contract because the movers (Wesley and another man) re entered my home after they should have been gone, and took money (which movers and company have admitted) from an ex that I was leaving- This is despite the fact they were at MY home and under contract with ME and NO authority was given to them to take direction from him. They destroyed a sofa that belonged to me (caught on a neighbor's ring camera) by moving it outside and dumping it upside down on the curb. The sofa was to stay in my FL home. The moving company have admitted the movers did this, but want to pay $.60/lb that their contract covers for damages during a move to property they are authorized to move, yet they had NO authorization to enter my home or move this piece of property. The only POA signed was for them to speak with my mother in GA. The company refuses to pay for the damages to the property I did authorize them to move because they said they want me to sign a non disclosure agreement about what they did and they won't pay until I agree to do that and accept their offer on the destruction of my non authorized property. This company has been given EVERY chance to make right by their contract and at this point, I just want to make sure no one else has to go through the horrible experience I have, and have for over a year.
