They offer competitive pricing and I was satisfied with what I paid for. The moving crew was punctual, courteous, and highly skilled. Worst Moving Experience Ever…read more This was my sixth interstate move and it was, by far, the worst. - Prior to the move : they could not give me a set date that they would come on (one of two), which should have been the red flag. - Packing : they only had to back art and a box of china. They were unprepared, despite my talking or emailing the company before the move, to pack the art and ran out of packing, meaning that the art was poorly packed. Secondly, all of the blankets that they used to wrap the furniture had holes. The rep who sold me on the move said that they would shrink-wrap the furniture. They did not. - Loading : They sent only two people. My possessions were bumped down the stairs by hand-cart with no consideration. Because there were only two of them, it took over four hours to load. And they wanted to charge me for an extra box for the furniture hardware from the furniture they disassembled. - Unloading : They sent one person. I had less than 10 hours notice. They came at 8:30pm and left at 12:30am. The boxes were in terrible shape -- one of them had holes in it, others had corners ripped, etc. One of my bookcases was badly chipped. They broke a lamp, which they had packed. Follow up : They will not pay for the lamp, even though they packed it and broke it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Hands down the BEST moving company I've ever worked with!…read more I recently moved to Florida and found Lifestyle Moving and Storage on Yelp. At first, I was skeptical because they had no reviews in Florida--but just like me, they're relocating too! And let me tell you, I'm SO glad I gave them a chance. They helped me move from a rental in Plantation into my own condo not far from there, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I texted them a photo of my apartment furniture and VASO quickly gave me a quote. Even when my move-out date changed, they were super accommodating and responsive. On move-in day, they texted me early to confirm and arrived right on time with a truck that fit everything perfectly. Milos and Carlos were absolutely amazing--professional, fast, and extremely careful with all my belongings. They wrapped my glassware, bed, large furniture, and packed my flat screens and clothes using a special clothing rack. They even handled all the boxes I packed myself. I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they worked while treating all my things with care. Thanks to Lifestyle Moving and Storage, my move was easy and stress-free. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone moving in or around Florida!

I have moved many times across the country, and I can confidently say that this was by far the best experience I've ever had with a moving company. From the moment they arrived, the team was prompt, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They handled everything with care and efficiency, clearly knowledgeable and well-prepared for the task. What stood out the most was how much they genuinely cared--not just about my belongings, but about making sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. It truly felt like they had my back every step of the way. Their honesty and dedication were refreshing, and it made a stressful day so much easier. If you're looking for a moving team that combines skill with heart, look no further. I highly recommend them and will be referring anyone I know who's planning a move. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Since we were not, we were charged a late fee (which we got out of) because of poor communication. The drivers told their boss they communicated with us - it was a lie. Their boss stated that he would look into it. When he called back, he told me directly he didn't do anything more and that nothing could be done. The delivery day was made worse because the movers did not communicate, they lied, and then they didn't repair the relationship. The credit card company denied my dispute because we signed saying it was delivered. I wouldn't recommend them - and here's why. Companies that get away with this behavior (when things don't go well) will do it to anyone. So, most things in our world work out as they are supposed to...but companies that are committed to being the best don't let experiences like mine occur without some sort of "we are really sorry about this, here is what we can do."

During the move two items they boxed, my big screen tv and a Pampered Chef stoneware pan were damaged. The company has yet to pay for the damaged items despite it being stipulated in their contract because the movers (Wesley and another man) re entered my home after they should have been gone, and took money (which movers and company have admitted) from an ex that I was leaving- This is despite the fact they were at MY home and under contract with ME and NO authority was given to them to take direction from him. They destroyed a sofa that belonged to me (caught on a neighbor's ring camera) by moving it outside and dumping it upside down on the curb. The sofa was to stay in my FL home. The moving company have admitted the movers did this, but want to pay $.60/lb that their contract covers for damages during a move to property they are authorized to move, yet they had NO authorization to enter my home or move this piece of property. The only POA signed was for them to speak with my mother in GA. The company refuses to pay for the damages to the property I did authorize them to move because they said they want me to sign a non disclosure agreement about what they did and they won't pay until I agree to do that and accept their offer on the destruction of my non authorized property. This company has been given EVERY chance to make right by their contract and at this point, I just want to make sure no one else has to go through the horrible experience I have, and have for over a year.

Be sure to look at their negative reviews on Better Business Bureau a.k.a. BBB plus their negative reviews on Google and on Reddit. They are terrifying. Despite the fact that I was only moving one hour, they did not bring the items to me that day and not until another day and there was hardly any furniture, it was mostly extremely expensive refrigerated items and medical creams for adults and children for our business that , since they didn't bring to us, even though we begged them and explained what happened, they went bad and we lost thousands of dollars, but we see this is a common story or a similar story of people having broken items and terrible experiences and many call them a straight out scam. I can't say what I'd like to call them as I'm already nervous for my safety commenting here about them. They screamed at us on the phone when we had asked them to bring the products and not keep them for a whole day and sounded straight out of the mob. We used Real Time Relocation to move from our oceanfront condo in Daytona/Ormond Beach, Florida, to our riverfront home in Fleming Island. It was supposed to be a straightforward local move with not much furniture--just a sauna, one chair, and mostly boxes of expensive organic perishable products for our company, including extremely costly medical creams for children and adults that must be refrigerated. It was an absolute nightmare. They basically held our belongings for ransom and almost doubled the price on the spot. They said the owner was not available, refused to bring our belongings that day as promised, and acted like they were straight out of the mob--screaming, swearing, hateful, and terrifying. The crew did not come prepared and couldn't even complete the move in one day. Because they refused to deliver as agreed and did not refrigerate the perishables, we lost thousands of dollars worth of products. We didn't dare ask for compensation because honestly, I was afraid of being taken out--and I don't mean to dinner. This is one of the worst companies we have ever dealt with, and my family goes back five generations in Volusia County. I would never recommend these monsters to even my worst enemy. There are many reviews just like mine if you look on the Better Business Bureau (they are not BBB accredited and have dozens of complaints). Some people claim they were contacted by the company after posting negative reviews, which makes me nervous to write this--but it's worth it to warn other people. I'm almost scared to post this, but people need to know. Save yourself the stress, money, and fear. Stay far away from Real Time Relocation. Real Time Relocation LLC 933 Beville Rd, Units H & K (Bldg 101K), South Daytona, FL 32119 DOT #3155501 (904) 364-0077 I look forward to doing articles about them now, as I've been very busy but plan to do so far our audience across not only Daytona Beach, but millions in Florida. We would just be sharing our experience and how horrified we were and what they did to us. We are not the only victims. We can't wait for millions to know this especially in Daytona Beach. They probably should've googled us before talking to us like that. I'm not afraid anymore now as I was. And I won't let the world know. Especially locals. Every single last one. Even if I have to do a mailing. I don't mean just mailing list.

We are moving across the United States and planning to ship our items while we fly to our end destination. We found this company and decided to do business with them. The company asked for a list of items to be given for a quote. An inventory list was provided and they quoted us around $2,000. All seemed smooth and they reassured us our items would fit and we were within weight. They never mentioned anything about cubic feet. We gave them our Deposit which was $772. On moving day one person came in, took one look, eyeballed our packaged items, and said it would be an additional $1,300 for extra cubic space. This was within about 2-3 minutes of being in my home. Based on previous negative reviews, we were strict with sticking exactly to what was provided to the company regarding our inventory. We did NOT add anything additional to our inventory list. When we asked why the price was significantly higher than what was quoted they said it was because of the extra space. At this point nothing was loaded and it was them just going off an eyeball estimation. By now, the company already lost our trust. How do you provide a quote and then immediately say there's an additional $1300 charged based on an eyeball estimation which is prone to human error? There was nothing we had that was significantly large, or any additional items from what was provided on the inventory list. I am confident I could have made the inventory fit in the allotted space. The company puts you in a dilemma: lose your $772 deposit, or pay the unplanned expense which was around $1300. I can see if it was a couple hundred dollars but they immediately said an additional $1300 without moving a box. Next, they said they can load up as much as they can, and what doesn't fit we can leave behind or we can pay the additional charges. The 2nd dilemma: they load all your belongings and if it does not fit you pay the hefty additional cost or get charged for them to unload your item. Or some of your items which were provided on the inventory list, gets left behind and now you have to figure out how to get those items to your end destination. Ultimately we turned them away. I did not feel comfortable doing business with a company who seemed to lack honesty. If the red flag started before our items were even loaded, how would they treat our inventory on the road, or what suprise cost would arise once it got to the end destination? I do want to note as well that once the movers/loaders left, they returned shortly after and offered us a different price with a different company, which we rejected as well. When I spoke with the "manager" she was unprofessional and imprudent about the whole situation. I explained everything to her. I explained how this money is putting us out for our move. She basically said nothing can be done and she did not care about the paying customer issues. In fact she told me customer service is not her goal and that she can't make everyone happy. She would not refund us. They took our $772 dollars and not a single box was ever moved. Ultimately, we relearned the old adage, "if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is".
