We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.

My friend and I live in the same complex and moving to another unit across the parking lot. So, we need her place and my place moved into one space. We have packed everyone up and though we were ready to go. They called me to confirm my move today and spoke with Chris. We went over the items and then the price. He even threw in a free kitchen packing kit and said the guys would help. Cool. He also gave me discount and I was happy. Kion calls me an hour later asking me to confirm the move. What? I spoke to Chris. We go over things and he tells me we are good to go. I am emailed a confirmation and then see a different price. I call back and speak to him again and he says, oh, that is an estimate but we would be done before that price. Then, I get a call from Mike. He wants to confirm my move and inventory. What the heck? He says his notes are confusing so he wants to check. We go over things, AGAIN. He then tells me that it sounds like more work so, he is going to send 5 guys instead of the original 2 guys and a truck because it's gonna be a big job and that it would take 9-12 hours and double the price that I was told. Umm, what? For a 2 bedroom apartment?? He tells me I can speak to his general manager, Kion. I literally confirmed with him before! I literally start crying because I am already stressed from preparing to move in a timely manner before the 31st. Kion and I speak again and he won't even let me get a word in and trying to say that the numbers Mike estimated are correct and that there is no way it wouldn't be a full day job. I cancelled, he says he will return my deposit and then transfers me to customer care where the guys asks me what can he help me with? You tell me, sir. He hears me out and says he need to speak with Kion to get his perspective and will call back. No one has called. Lesson learned to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

So, I went to the store directly to get help making a reservation. I was met with glassy-eyed stares and excuses about how they can't recommend anyone. So I asked for phone numbers for several moving help sites, specifically what they already had on their website. Again, glassy-eyed stares and excuses about how they can't recommend anyone and how their site doesn't list phone numbers. Even one who appeared to be a shift manager was like, sorry, he had no experience in the moving help part of their business. Another customer came in while I was trying to be helped and I was dropped like a hot potato. Totally ignored. Four guys at the counter and no one even looked in my direction. Even the guy who came in after me eventually had to get behind the counter and direct them on how to help them with his issue (he was missing boxes from his order). Do yourself a favor and look for help that's older. As in, not kids hanging out until payday. Now, I've found help, but the help can't get uhaul to find my pod even though uhaul let me know it was already there! With a pod number and everything! The current help is NOT suited for that kind of work!
